Hollymoor Tower Dental Surgery

First review (updated below this):
As the receptionists seem to be getting mixed reviews, I wanted to share my experience. I've just got off the phone with one of the ladies at the clinic and she was amazing. I needed to register with them as a new customer and she was a pleasure to talk to, very helpful, efficient and there was no nonsense as well. I'm in desperate need of an appointment due to toothache and she immediately booked me in for tomorrow.
I'm a nervous about going to the dentist, but her professionalism really put me at ease!

The Follow up:
The receptionist who greeted me on the day of my appointment was lovely and helpful. The dentist and the assistant were both very good, too.

I had to have a tooth extracted and the dentist talked me through everything, she was patient with me and helped me calm down as I was very nervous (I've never had a tooth removed before). Any questions I had were answered well and the procedure was quick and painless (just unpleasant because of the pressure on the bone when being removed, but that wasn't down to the dentist being negligent, she did everything perfectly).

No negative experiences whatsoever, I will be happy to continue going here for my regular check ups!

Wasn't registered here but the receptionist helped me out big time by getting me an emergency appt. For the following morning, very helpful and friendly staff and the Dentist is very friendly, professional and made me feel at ease the whole time. They sorted out my problem very quickly ! Couldn't recommend this dentist enough. Thank you very much Hollymoor Dental !

I am in my late 30’s and Jason is by far the best dentist I have ever encountered - incredible with care, support and massively aware of the importance of comfort during every procedure. We now bring our 3 children to this practise despite moving out of the area, and happily travel 45 minutes to attend. Cleanliness is second to none, the staff behind the desk are fantastic and very accommodating. I could not provide a higher recommendation.

I had 5 pain-free fillings by a lovely lady dentist. I would highly recommend 😁

Not a patient here but managed to get an emergency appointment. Absolutely fantastic service. Receptionist was lovely and so was the dentist. Had a temporary filling and prescribed antibiotics. Thankyou! No longer in pain!

Always had a positive experience here. The dentists and nurses are caring and kind. It's rare to get an appointment on the same day but they try their best to help you. They're so busy but are always polite.

I have been coming to this dentist for some time now and have always had great service. Jason the dentist has got to be the most patient person every as I am by far an awful patient ever. Due to bad experience with other dental practices this is the only dentist I would use. I am so surprised that people have complained as I have always found the reception and nurses lovely and have never had any problems. People who seem to of complained seem to of been late for there appointments well that is there fault not the receptionist. Get to your appointments on time I always make sure I am at least 15 minutes early to allow for traffic etc all businesses expect you to be on time for your appointments not just here.
