Hartswood Dental Practice

I am someone who feels uncomfortable at the dentist because I have had a bad experience in the past. Having recently moved to the area I was worried about finding a new dentist that I would feel comfortable with. The staff at Hartswood are simply amazing, they spoke to me like I had been going there for years and really made me feel at ease. The lady who saw me sat me down and had a really nice chat before asking me a few questions about my teeth and if I was happy, had any pain, all the usual stuff but the way she explained how best to look after my teeth was so easy to understand. I only needed a filling and a small one at that but she did point out a crown I have may need to be replaced in the next twelve months. All in all, a great experience and as a result I have signed up to pay for my hygene visits and future check ups by installments - happy days!

As I was leaving Hartswood dental practice I regretted... I regretted I hesitated with the visit for so long. Normally you associate dentist with physical and financial pain but not in this case. All members of staff very friendly and welcoming. Like never before I have had full explanation of my situation and options. Competitive prices professional family business. In spite of social distancing restrictions this dental practise is open with their usual very high standards. There’s always a welcome smile and friendliness and exceptionally professional dental procedures. Thank you very much to all who work there.

Being pregnant and having a 2 years old was not enough condition to register with them even though I said we want to register as private patients and this is the only dentist I can walk to.

My step father paid £50 and they refused to do anything. Had a set of false teeth, can’t use the bottom set so painful can’t use them £500.

I was a patient in 2000 and had such great treatment from Jacky Hatton Have moved around the country since but never found such a good dentist

Even in these difficult times, the whole experience from booking the appointment through to completing the forms and seeing the dentist was simply excellent.
