Excellent practice: caring, professional and generous with time and individual care. I am nervous of the dentist and they are particularly kind and patient. I have had quite a lot of treatment and have total confidence in their work and hygiene at all times. I feel fortunate to be a patient here and have recommended them to three other family members who are also now patients.

Amazing!!! I honesty can’t thank all the staff at Floss dental care enough! From booking the appointment with the receptionists to the final treatment required with the dentist; Diana and her dental nurse, they have all been amazing!! Everyone has been really helpful and very informative all the way through. I am petrified of going to a dentist, but throughout all the appointments I was made to feel really calm and always asked if I felt comfortable. I can honestly say this dental practice is the most friendliest I’ve ever been to.

I doubt many of us enjoy going to the dentist, but Diana and her team at Floss make it as pain free and relaxed as possible. Every appointment is calm, you feel as though they have all the time in the world just for you. The treatment is talked through so you know what to expect and they treat you with respect and kindness. Thank you Team Floss.

Never thought any dentist could overcome my fears and phobia of getting in a dentist chair ever again after some bad experiences at previous dentist practice's... here we are 4 years later regularly attending the best dentist in my opinion in Northampton. Appointment attended today for some treatment and as always so well looked after, not rushed, very calm, chilled practice and lovely friendly staff. Diana is the best and thanks to her patience and understanding, I'm more than happy to sit in the chair for Diana to complete whatever needs doing. Thank you team 😄

Excellent customer service! Ive been to this dentist twice and the staff are so welcoming and friendly! The appointments are prompt and on time and the dentist/hygienist goes through clearly whats going to happen and is very supportive if you're feeling slightly nervous!

The staff are always very happy to see you, they're quick and it's always extremely clean. Even if nervous with dentists you will be relaxed as soon as you go through the door by the cheerful friendly faces. 5* without a doubt!
