Pembroke Dental & Implant Centre

Had a very bad experience, the dentist informed me I had 9 fillings and about 3 root fillings and 2 extractions. The cost of which was £2000+ and I called to say I could not attend one appointment days in advance and when I tried to schedule another appointment just 2 weeks after, I was told because I had missed one appointment which I had called to say I could not attend that I had been de registered and they would not accept me again.

I found a wonderful dentist who clearly explained my care plan to me and I was told that I had to do just 2 root fillings and 2 extractions! I DO NOT advise anybody to go to Pembroke dental, I was extremely disappointed in their service.

If you have thousands of pounds to spend then please do so at your risk.

They're clearly trying to clear out their NHS patients. If you miss 2 appointments or cancel late they kick you out. But they've now stopped reminding people. So guess what - more people will forget.....

Don't bother! We turned up a day late as got the appointment wrong. We were sure we got the right day, but they didn't send us any confirmation so no proof of whether we made the mistake or they didn't it in the system correctly. Either way, they wouldn't fit us in, not even our young son, or rearrange. Go elsewhere!

Medically incompetent and negligent staff and staff who do not care about the pain of their clients. They are a disgrace to the medical industry and Bruno Costa is a disgrace to the dentistry industry.

This place is incompetent to say the least and unless your a "private" patient then they treat you like a cattle rod.
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAUGE

The money I have spent on my implant and the service I got was horrendous. If you choose to go here please don’t use Bruno Costa. He is moody, rude and just not suited to be infront of customers. Poor service by this man
