Huge thank you to all the team at Towngate Dental Practice - they always make me feel so at ease. Katie and Alisha took great care of me and as someone who doesn’t like trips to the dentist, I felt really comfortable and came away with a very sparkly smile!

I am new to this practice, and i'm so glad I made this decision. First appointment with my dentist yesterday, and I was very impressed by how thorough he was, and his very kind and most professional manner. It is such a relief to have found a Dental Practice I am very comfortable visiting and a dentist who is going to take such good care of my teeth. Also saw the dental hygienist today and again, very impressed with how thorough she was and her kindness and professionalism. And not forgetting the excellent reception staff who welcomed me and who have been so very helpful .

Very happy with the service I received across multiple visits. Had put off going to the dentist for a long time over previous bad experiences, but everyone I've encountered at Towngate Dental Practice has been lovely and made me feel at ease. Treatments were quick and painless, with the price adjusted accordingly when less work was required than originally thought. Feel much better about my dental health going forward now, and far more comfortable with going for a check up in six months.

I would recommend this Dental practice to anyone. Dr Taylor was fabulous as were the whole team.

If your a nervous patient I can't recommend enough.
I hadn't been to the dentist since I was 18. (I'm 23 now) my last dentist appointment when I was 17 was enough to put me off for life. Nervous patient... That's me in a nutshell. I knew I needed work doing and even the thought of ringing up made my stomach churn. When I first rang up enquiring, the lady's on reception where beyond nice. Very informative and reassured me on all my worries, which automatically eased the experience even more. They booked me in with Ben. On my first appointment with Ben, he made me feel very comfortable. He spent time talking to me and explaining everything he was going to do. (Even showing me all the x-rays and telling me the issues I had and going through the work which I would need doing) the patience and care that he showed was just what I needed (due to how nervous I am and my previous bad experience with dentists)
After my first appointment I got a plan of treatment, even been to my first hygienist appointment. She was very nice and patient, again explaining everything she was doing before hand.
The whole team at this dental practice have made me feel very welcome, and can't express how great they are with nervous patients. :)Trust me. Can't thank them enough. Xx

I have attended this practice now for many many years and have always received the utmost care. I recently had a couple of treatments done. Will and his team carried out the treatments with great skill and professionalism. I was quite anxious at first but was put at ease and was more than pleased with my pain free experience. I recently had some facial aesthetics with Dr Ben Trill. I absolutely could not recommend him more! Ben and Hannah who treated me at Towngate Dental practice was so friendly, calm and relaxing! I was put at ease instantly by there professional service and so so happy with my results!
