I have been very happy with my treatment. All the employees at this practice are pleasant and I have special praise for my dentist and also the hygienist who have both done a brilliant job. I can smile again.

Was very happy with this dentist until they started outright lying about cancelled appointments 1 which I never made an appointment for that day and 1 that i rang and cancelled with good reason (have proof of call). I am now taking legal advice as this is just a pathetic excuse to get rid of disabled NHS patients including a autistic under 18 also no information how to make a formal complaint to etc given.

rude receptionist staff that tried to charge for treatment which would have been completed on the following visit. Trying to speak to my dentist (during covid time) and had no reply from them after receptionist told me that I would have a call back. Poor Service, will be looking for a new dentist soon.

I joined in lockdown. There does seem a long wait at times to be seen (20/25 mins) which can be frustrating when you are coming on a work day. However the dentist is kind and friendly and the service we have received in the past two years has been great I can't fault it.

After putting off my dental visit due to extreme nerves, I eventually had no option to see Dr Sheikh for the removal of a tooth that had been causing me extreme pain. I explained to Dr Sheikh how Nervous I was but he totally helped me relax and talked me through the whole procedure!. He showed complete compassion which helped me so much! We eventually removed the tooth although it was tricky due to how broken the tooth had become! Thank you so much, I'm now feeling confident to come back and book more treatments 😃. A big thank you also to the young lady on reception, you was also a great help!

Lovely staff the dentist himself was lovely, carried out my treatment with care and respect. I've been with this dentist 3 years and it has always provided me and family with good dental care.

Amazing place and people, i had 2 teeth that were causing my great pain. i had them removed and the dentist told me what he was doing as he was doing it. He put my mind at ease and gave me some great after care advice.

Very disappointed with this dentist. Me and my family have been here for 35+ years and have been treated appallingly. I was told I was no longer registered after cancelling my appointment at the start of covid due to being ill. Then they told me that they had warned me over my late cancellations over the years (not once have I ever received a warning verbally or in a letter).

I sent a formal complaint, which they responded to 4 months down the line with two sentences in an email I asked for the 2nd stage complaints procedure and they have never responded. I have requested my notes so I can take this further this was 21 September and they haven't even acknowledged this request. Surely the CQC should see with all these negative reviews that they are not following their complaints policy or offering appointment to high need patient.
