New Road Dental Practice

Well I have had experience of quite a few dentists in the local area and never felt comfortable with any of them, until I went to New Rd, from Victoria on reception to the ease of making an appointment.
Jinita and her team are absolutely fantastic and I’m not the best patient to deal with.
I was made to feel part of the family from day one so much so I even took my 85 year old mum who has dementia to see them to get a new set of dentures, everything they do they do with pride and compassion and I am proud to say they are the best team in the business.

I have had an exceptional experience whilst being treated for Invisalign at New Road Dental Practice. Dr Paaras Dhanani was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and reassured me whenever I had any questions or concerns. Dr Dhanani and his team were always accommodating and flexible with appointments, and explained each stage of the process thoroughly so that I was always clear on what was happening next. I always felt relaxed and at ease, and completely trusted the advice from Dr Dhanani. The practice itself is bright, modern and airy, and the nurses and Victoria are all so welcoming. I really can't praise New Road Dental enough and would recommend this practice, and Dr Dhanani in particular, to anyone who is considering an Invisalign. Thank you very much New Road! I have just begun a long process involving dental implants. Upon my first visit the practice was clean, bright, welcoming and professional.

In March 2022 I visited New Road Dental Practice as I was so self conscious about my smile. Dr Dhanani put me at my ease and explained the treatment which he was going to carry out. This involved replacing three crowns and adding veneers to some of the adjoining teeth. Everyone at the practice was so welcoming and friendly and I never felt worried about going there. I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort whatsoever, even the injections were bearable thanks to the breathing technique I was taught. Today I am SO happy. My treatment is finished and I’m able to smile again. Thank you so much Paaras and the team!

I can only thank New Road Dental for the excellent dental care during my Invisalign journey, which wasn't that simple but Dr Paaras and the team have been so supportive, caring, kind and understanding, just simply amazing. My concerns were always heard and resolved. The practice looks lovely and welcoming. Highly recommended.

New Road Dental are hands down the best dental practice I have been to. I had some cosmetic work done to repair some teeth damaged in childhood. Wish I had found Jinita earlier, incredibly professional, took me through the whole process in detail and felt confident of the outcome. I am exceptionally pleased with the results!!!

New Road Dental Practice is amazing, I would 110% recommend coming here. Everyone there is so welcoming and lovely. The dental treatment and care I have received has been impecable. Dr Popat has been incredible and always made me feel at ease at every appointment. I had 2 fillings with Dr Popat and it did not hurt at all, she was so gentle and attentive. The hygienist Monika was amazing too! Annie, the receptionist is lovely, always welcomes you with a beautiful smile and so helpful with appointments and queries. Overall, such an amazing dental practice, thank you so much to all the staff 😁

On 25th January I attended an emergency dental appointment at the New Road Dental Practice. From the first contact with the receptionist on the telephone to meeting the dentist and dental nurse to having my procedure carried out was a great experience. I am very nervous of visiting the dentist and I knew I had to have a tooth removed and infection treated so I was worried. All the staff were friendly, caring and professional and the surgery and dental room was immaculate. I cannot recommend the dentist who carried out my procedure highly enough. He explained everything clearly and carried out the procedure with great care and so not causing pain or discomfort. I will definitely be returning to the New Road Dental Practice. in fact I already have my follow up appointment booked.
