Fantastic service. My child was scared to go but the dentist put him at ease and did his fillings in no time.
My tooth removal was extremely good as well. No infections and no pain after.
Professional service with a smile!!!

I visited the Smile Clinic yesterday with my father-in-law so that he could get registered and receive advice on a course of dental treatment.
The initial booking was easily arranged, we were seen on time and the receptionist was extremely helpful when we were completing the registration documents. We received excellent care and advice from the dentist and the dental nurses were very thoughtful when dealing with an elderly patient.
The dental suite, reception and waiting area are all clean and well maintained and confirm that this is a well organised dental practice. It is easy to access the Clinic and park outside.
I have no hesitation in recommending this Dental Practice.

I had a very pleasant first check up today. A professional and kind dentist who informed me thoroughly about the best ways to look after my teeth. In addition, it was clear that the team is working very hard to prevent the spread of Covid.

I am very very pleased with the Smile Clinic. I have just had a painless extraction, it looked quite tricky but was all done very efficiently with a minimum of discomfort. I have been going to Smile for several years and have always been impressed by the friendly staff and the high quality of dental treatment care I have received.

Iv been with this dentist for about 3 years or so and Iv been ringing for days to make a appointment for my 7 years old as she’s in a lot of pain and can’t eat they finally answered and told me my daughter is no longer a patients there coz she’s missed 5 appointment what a LIE they said the same about my self and kicked us out they did not call to make any appointment or send a text message of any appointment been made for us and I know full well I did not make any appointment when they was not needed the woman on the phone was very rude did not care my daughter is in pain all she keeped saying she’s missed appointments they have no understanding of children and others

Wait times to get appointment are very long (8 months). I was offered to see another dentist at the practice but they do not take NHS patients.

Rang me a month ago and they (nearly) always book me in couple of days before Xmas and ALWAY they cancel a week before.

No follow up from them or a phone as to WHY they booked me in and then cancelled.

Leaving messages to arrange another appointment is met with answer machine, which NEVER gets a call back !

Sort out your staff and get them to answer the phones, it can't BE that hard to do ? Otherwise get, get some phone operators that can reallt answer the phones.

Been to your surgery since moving back, and always found the staff never answer the phones, as they are TOO BUSY chatting.

Answer the phones !

Has to be the worst dentist I have ever experienced. They never pick up the phone and do not return voicemails. Good luck trying to get through to them and hope you never have an emergency
