Sct Apollonia Dental Surgery

In my experience the treatment has been good from each visit I have made.The one area where the practice is weak is in the receptionists. They are arrogant and rude. You call to book an appointment and you will be immediately placed on hold. No explanation. Given they do have private patients who pay they seem unhappy about that. First and last impressions count hence the 3 stars due to the receptionists behaviour each time I visit.

Receptionist is RUDE. Don’t listen to their voicemails, Polish Girl can’t speak good English! Dentist said I needed 3 fillings, went private and that wasn’t so true! Bad Surgery!!

Doctor Chalwa and his assistant provided an amazing service very friendly and professional. Couldn't recommend Apolonia highly enough.

I am going there about 2 years. So far so good.
Doctor Ricky was really really good last 4 visits I went there. He was polite and professional.

I read some reviews here and I am quite shocked. Girls in the reception are normal nurces. Being straight forward does not mean it's being rude. If you want to smilled at all times go to spa.

My wife called to take My 6yr old son appointment forward due to intermittent pain from his decaying back tooth. I'm soo disappointed with the service provided today. The asian young lady at the reception is soo rude, unprofessional and unexceptable . her lack of knowledge as a professional receptionist and her understanding of her job role at the dentist is extremely limited. When I reqsted to speak to someone else she responded "What for? There's nobody here!" I requested to provide me with the managers name and email.address, she responded " I don't know her name... I'm new, iv only been here for a week," so then I said " but I came for my hygienist appt 2 week ago you were here." Then out of nowhere she accused me of verbally being abusive to her therfore she's going to cut the phone line.
