Blue Cross Dental Care

This has to be the worst dentist I have ever been too. There was no interaction to inform me of any of the procedure or how it was going. No aftercare advice offered apart from a internet print out. The dentist himself was very rude, rough, inconsiderate and seemed in a mood and took it out on me. I have had to go to another dentist the same day as such a poor job was done on my extraction and stitching me up that my mouth kept filling with blood.

Would not recommend- staff at reception were rude and were playing games on their mobile phones.
Got a wisdom tooth extraction done and would not recommend the dentist. Very aggressive manner, zero concern for patients and genuinely have no idea how there has been good reviews for him.
If you get referred here, ask for a transfer to watford general hospital - procedure takes the same amount of time, no pain and they make sure you’re ok during the procedure and explain what they are doing or what you may feel etc as they do it so you are comforted and reassured.

I had 2 teeth’s removed by a really lovely team. I was super nervous and scared but they made me feel really calm and relaxed.
The doctor explained me what’s going to happen now even that how he will remove my teeth’s which one of them was wisdom teeth. I never had such a great experience anywhere I went before even with private dentists.
The doctor and the dental nurse was so lovely and I can’t say enough but thank you for everything!!❤️🙏🏼 one more to mention because everyone complaining about receptionist.
When I arrived today she welcomed me with a big smile she gave me the form to sign and because she saw that i was nervous she started talking to me making sure that im okay. Thanks again to all of you !

Was referred by my dentist for a difficult extraction. The whole procedure was faultless. These things are never pleasant but this was well executed. Recovery was great, minimum of pain after anaesthetic wore off and 24 hrs later no discomfort or bruising.

I booked an urgent private appointment with Sara following a bout of excruciating toothache. I can't praise her enough, she was professional, friendly and reassuring. She took her time to identify the issue and highlighted on an x-ray the cause and treatment required. Throughout the treatment she explained what she was doing and ensured I was comfortable, as much as was possible. She gave great after care advice and provided recommendations on long term dental care I should be taking to avoid further issues. I can't recommend her enough and will definitely use her again in the future if I need any work done.

I had an emergency and was seen privately by Dr Sara Shah with the same day service. With my anxiety and phobia of the dentist she really made sure I was okay and was comfortable through out the whole treatment. I’ll definitely continue my treatments with her and would recommend everyone to see her as her services and the work she does is excellent.

I had my both lower wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. OLUSANYA. Him and his team were very professional, helpful and friendly. I had very pleasant journey for my treatment. I would recommend everyone who want to have their wisdom tooth taken out and dental treatment with them.

Registered here as a new patient with Dr S. Shah, many thanks to the receptionist who booked me with this amazing dentist, she took her time for a full check-up, answered to my questions, and explained everything. Highly recommend her as a private dentist!
