Mydentist, St. Mildred's Road, Westgate-on-Sea

I had an appointment with the hygienist and both she and the dental nurse assisting were friendly,informative and efficient.I was completely happy with the service I received.
The receptionist was also very friendly,polite and professional.
I also have a good dentist at this practice who takes time to explain everything to me.I feel lucky to have got into this practice after living in Westgate for 16 years, and not being able to be with them before and receive routine NHS treatment :)

I have to say the staff change around in the surgery was well overdue and what a turnaround. The ladies on the front desk are lovely, friendly and extremely polite. I think it's Lisa and Ellie. Apologies if I have got the names wrong or mispelt them.

I go to my dentist at least once a year and have had no problems and always good service.

Going to the dentist is usually a traumatic thought for most of us.
I'm pleased to say there were no feelings like that here. The reception staff where friendly and polite I arrival. My dentist Mr Brennan made me feel at ease and discussed what he was doing in a friendly manner.

As a super nervous dental patient, I was amazingly surprised at the amount of personal care I received on my visit to the practise today. I had already made the practise aware that I was a nervous patient and had not been to the dentist for some years now. Upon arrival, the receptionist, Maddie, was outstanding - kept the conversation flowing and ensured I was okay before going into see the Dentist. She topped up my water for me, which was much needed! When going into the Dentist, both the Dentist and Dentist Assistant were so patient and understanding, offering periods of break to allow me to compose myself! Whilst there is a lot of work that needs doing, I have come away feeling very confident and happy with this practise and would highly recommend, especially to patients who are nervous/anxious about the whole dental experience! We were lucky enough to sign up for this practice a few years ago and were seen by the amazing Dr Brennan. He is so patient and puts you at ease. As a dentophobe I was a nervous wreck but now get in the chair without leaving it drenched in sweat! The reception staff are busy but deal with you in good humour and with a smile, nothing is too much trouble for them. All in all a happy ship.

Polite and friendly staff, seen on time. Dentist made me feel at ease.

I have never experienced any problems at the dentist and the staff are always polite and welcoming, although the dentist seem to change regularly they always are very professional.
