Despite a letter and mobile phone reminder, I turned up on the wrong day missing my appointment by two days. Staff were wonderful. Red faced and apologetic, I was given another appointment X Thank you

I really dislike going to the dentists and I'd put it off for so long that I needed several appointments to get back on track, but the service here is great, and most importantly it came without the condescending attitude I've come to expect from other dental surgeries. :)

I am totally terrible at the dentist, but these went out of their way for me, and above all listened to my fears, can't praise them enough, thank you so much, sorry I was such a baby, but you didn't judge, amazing

I had my first visit a few weeks ago and i can't praise them enough.they are all lovely,de tists, nurses,receptionist.they put you at ease straight away, its more like visiting friends rather than being scared.i would definitely recommend them

Been in this practice since I moved to Stourport in 1978. Friendly staff and place is very clean.
