Hilltop Dental Surgery

Had a wisdom tooth extraction today with a female dentist. She was warm, compassionate and very professional. The procedure was completely pain free and I felt in control at every step.

I arrived 30mins early for my appointment because I was in the area and I was seen to and finished before my actual appointment came around.

The only downside to this place is that they are made to work in glorified cupboards so it is a little bit cramped but the staff battle on and provide amazing service.

Very happy with the treatment recieved. I have not been in a long time to a dentist due to a traumatic experience when i was a child. The receptionist got me in and were very friendly and the guy in the first surgery was very nice and funny and made me feel at ease from the start. Did not feel rushed and did not make me feel embarassed for being so nervous. Customer skills five stars and treatment was pain free, long way off making me like the dentist byt a very good start. Hopefully i can return for regular checks now.

i had a very nice experience here today. No pain and everybody was very friendly. I called only today and get an emergency appointment and was told to come in and sit and wait then i was seen and dentist got me out of pain. Problem solved. Thank you

Dr Indmini Premachandra is an absolute credit to the industry. I’m usually a very anxious person, she was gentle and caring during my root canal treatment. I would highly recommend her to anyone, the quality of care has been outstanding. The reception staff are also lovely. Thank you for all your work and best wishes!

Had emergency temporary fillings done at a emergency dentist was told to get to my dentist to have it sorted properly. Spoke to hill top dentist my dentist and they ssay they cant do any treatment on nhs. Ask them what i can do and was no help and also receptionist i spoke to come across rude especially when i told her i cant afford private treatment. Pretty disgusting treatment to be honest

Visiting the Dentist is not my favorite but Indmini Premachandra at Hilltop Dental Surgery is fantastic . She was very patient and understanding of my fears and over 4 appoitments sorted my teeth. Best detist i have been to

Terrible practice. Took my children to a Saturday appointment, Dentist was not friendly at all. She didn’t know where to refer the child for orthodontic treatment. In fact she said my daughter is not qualified for NHS orthodontic treatment when she has already been accepted for nhs orthodontic treatment in London where we lived before.
No safety glasses were given to my children to wear , she used the blue light after doing fissure sealant without the orange safety barrier over the light. I asked the receptionist where do they refer orthodontic patients to and she didn’t know the names of the practice.
I asked if the dentist could do a scale and polish under NHS and she said they do not do scale for children and my daughter is is nearly 15 years old I think she should get a clean. My son had gingivitis as well. But didn’t even mentioned that and no clean was done. That was my actually a problem, she said the hygienist does the cleaning, but didn’t know when hygienist is available. Even I asked her she didn’t tell me to book with the hygienist. No oral health instructions were given to children.

1 star is to much for this surgery messed up my appointment waiting a year for a tooth to be removed left on hold for what feels like forever very unprofessional was told they would cover the costs of my surgery as they messed up to be told I do have to pay for it the day before currently been left on hold for 20mins will be taking this further they should not be a dental practice last time they checked my teeth stabbed my in my nerve avoid
