Let's face it - no one enjoys going to see their dentist. And I didn't either. Until I came across A Gatrad & Associates, through a family reference.

It was a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in the door. The practice is very welcoming; professional and friendly staff are there to make sure you are comfortable while waiting to see your health professional.

Over time, I have had the opportunity to see multiple health professionals at this surgery, and found them all to be very knowledgeable and conscientious. They really seem to enjoy what they do, which makes me feel comfortable in trusting them with my dental needs! They also take the time to understand and discuss my issues/concerns thoroughly before explaining to me in simple terms how to improve my oral health, and if there is a necessity, explain to me any potential treatment options.

I have always found Gatrad and Associates to be highly professional and I have always managed to get an appointment promptly as an NHS patient when I have needed it.

The staff are friendly and put you at ease immediately. And the facilities are very modern and clean.

I would highly recommend Dr. Fezaan Gatrad for a dental implant. He was referred to me by my periodontist when I was unable to return home because of Covid for the last stage of my implant procedure. He and his staff were professional and friendly. His dental work was excellent and I continue to be pleased with the results. His practice was also very clean and Covid safe.

I developed an anxiety over seeing a dentist well over 10 years ago and recently broke a tooth which left with no choice but to overcome it. Dr. Fez and his team made me feel so comfortable and at ease planning and during the treatment that I now wonder what all the fuss was about, I now like coming to the dentist again just like when I was a child! Shame I didn’t get a sticker but I will request one next time haha! Cant recommend enough!

I have been visiting Mr Gatrad for over 30 years. He is always so professional yet personable and will always explain a procedure thoroughly. I have visited during the pandemic and guidelines have always been adhered to, with distance maintained, hand hygiene a priority for both patients and staff along with other infection control measures in place. I would highly recommend this dental practice but especially Mr Gatrad.

I’ve only been twice to see an hygienist, and I’m so happy with her! Not only she does a thorough job, but she clearly takes notes about the individuals, as I arrived today and before I could say anything she had already prepared the numbing cream (I have very sensitive gums), after the visit she explained how I clean some areas better than others and showed me what to do so I don’t miss any spot, and also gave a very clever tip to help the extra sensitivity on a couple of teeth! She’s clearly very passionate about her job, and her customer service is second to none!
