Family Dental Care

So nervous about visiting the dentist! Absolutely amazing service, from the front of house receptionist to the orthodontics and the nurse. Made me feel at ease and engaged in a conversation with me. The clinic itself is very clean with leaflets and poster handing on wall nicely.

I just tried to book a check up after some time since my last. I made an enquiry about the back log as the last time I had been in, there was quite a bit (during covid) and instead of being helpful I got an attitude on the other side of the phone with a receptionist called Sarah. She must be new as the previous receptionist was always very nice. Don't be a receptionist if you don't want a customer facing role! I politely declined the appointment that she suggested as I really didn't appreciate the condescending tone she had with me.

I had a great experience with Family Dental Care. Their service is extremely professional, from the receptionists to the dentist and hygienist. Today I got three fillings done by Dr. Ashu Pathak. As all of them were only minor cavities, Ashu suggested to try out the procedure without anesthetics. I agreed to it and was surprised that I didn't feel any pain at all for the three feelings despite being fully conscious. I'm very pleased with my visit and I'm strangely already looking forward to my next. I can't recommend this clinic enough.

After being turned away from 3 other places, I rang family dental care for my 5 year old needed to be seen by a dentist urgently. Not only did they register her but also gave an appointment within 2 hours. Amazing service from the person who I spoke to over the phone to book her in (forgot to ask her name) and later when we turned up for the appointment, Laura assisted us through the registration process. Again outstanding example of how someone should be in her profession. Despite being under tremendous pressure since COVID, they are definitely trying to go above and beyond to accommodate the need of their patients. Thank you Laura and your team. Keep up the good work.

Highly satisfied with my first visit here. Dr A Pathak and Shaz were amazing, very patient and professional. I couldn’t believe how well she repaired my front tooth!

My son had his tooth extractions today.
Ashu our dentist was so amazing,so gentle and very reassuring.The assistance nurse was also very sweet and comforting especially as I was a bit emotional.The extractions we’re done so gracefully, hardly any movement, my son was completely at ease during the entire process. I really really like ashu and her team. Laura the main receptionist is so good too, always smiling and accommodating. Really feel lucky to be part of this establishment, at complete peace of mind.
