Mydentist, Pine Road, Winton

Well I am grateful we have a dentist in Winton. However the health and safety aspects of area is a bit alarming. There is a sign that says " Do not turn on heater - Fire hazard " This needs to be addressed immediately. The sockets under the table are low and prone to child hazard. Same as the glass cabinet at the corner of the room. Once these have been addressed and completed, it would be safe. Thank you.

Visited the hygienist and got a little upset with myself and the hygienist and her dental nurse were so kind and caring. The hygienist talked me through everything very clear and professionally. I felt I could trust them both and they did a great job on my teeth today, giving reassurance when I needed it. Thank you.

I went for a checkup a month ago, and yesterday received a letter from the NHS advising that I have claimed for a tax credit exemption which I am not entitled to, and they are looking to fine me £100.
I didn't claim an exemption, I paid the full price for my checkup, yet the practice has stated that I am exempt, and tried to claim for the cost of my checkup from the NHS.
This has caused me a load of hassle, and I have had to email the NHS my bank statement to prove I have paid.
I have emailed the reception and the practice manager, as they also need to send proof of my payment to the NHS, and I await a response. Not very impressive.

I have been waiting months and months for an appointment for my daughter's. They call me this morning telling me that the dentist can not come on the day of the appointment and they need to reschedule it. Which is fine - However, I was very disappointed when she gave me a date in August. Which is again more than 3 months. Then she says this is the way NHS works.
This is ridiculous. This is not the way NHS works at all.
Not happy at all with the receptionist attitude too, definitely need further training on how to speak with patients over the phone.

Really good service, friendly reception team and the dentist did a really good job with giving me a bridge. The dentist talked me through the process, gave good suggestions for aftercare and worked around my schedule. Would highly recommend here for any dental work.

After calling for a year and being told to call back later because the dentist is on maternity and there is no cover I finally got an appt for my children. Waited 4 months for the appt for my children. Was called on the morning of my children’s appt to cancel both appts as the dentist had to leave early. What an unprofessional practice and an absolute shambles of an operation. Couldn’t be more disappointed

Have just had a filling in my front tooth that was on the brink of being pulled and beyond repair , but the new lady dentist Larissa did a fantastic job and filled root canal and basically made me up a new tooth, i recommend this dentist100% i am so happy as i know if it had been another dentist my tooth would have most likely been pulled, i have a fear of dentist but she was so gentle and professional as i am usually sedated. I am so glad i have finally found a good dentist and i have been through most of them in Bournemouth, 10/10 all the way. Thank you so much.
