Usual when I think of going to the dentist, it fills me with fear, and a picture of some not so nice people in a not so nice place! But when I visit Binley Woods dentistry, it is quite the opposite. The staff are very friendly, the atmosphere is that of a home, very pleasant. And the dental hygienist I saw, made me feel at ease, I felt completely comfortable through the treatment and the hygienist was very knowledgeable and informative throughout! I would definitely recommend this place!

I needed emergency treatment for the removal of a broken tooth during a trip to England and was recommended to try this Practice..

From the moment I arrived at the reception, I was made to feel very welcome and put totally at ease. Everything was fully explained beforehand.

The extraction was painless..(despite my fears). The dentist (Stewart) and his assistant were kind, cheerful and also explained everything as we went along. I left with full follow up procedures

I recently came here for the first time and was very impressed with the service. Staff were friendly and welcoming and there was a lovely, homely feeling about the place - it’s not often you feel comfortable while sitting at the dentist!

It was also reassuring to see that they had sensible measures in place to protect against COVID-19. I felt completely safe the whole time I was there.

The treatment was quick and painless. The hygienist was far nicer than my usual one, kept me at ease throughout, clearly explained everything she was doing and really knew her stuff.

I unfortunately swallowed a veneer and it left a massive gap in my mouth. It was embarassing considering it was the upper left central tooth. But the dentistry team were extremely fast in getting it replaced. I was really worried they would get the colour wring due to the fact ths veneer was last installed in 2006 and would not fit the other veneers and teeth around it but Dr. Amit was spot on on his colour selection for me. They understood my distress and moved appointments around to accomodate me and deal with my urgency. I cannot be thankful enough to have my smile back!

I’ve had the Diamond (air-flow) Polish at the Binley Woods Dental Practice twice now and I love it. It really brightens and revitalises my teeth. I honestly don’t want to eat or drink anything for hours because of how clean and fresh my teeth feel after the treatment. I would highly recommend Neelam Kang to anyone considering a professional clean, she’s a fantastic hygienist. Thank you Neelam! 😁

I visited Binley Woods Dentistry for an Invisalign consultation.

The practice was very easy to find. Immaculate presentation both inside and out - felt at home and at peace. Good to see that they are making sure that the place is not overcrowded whilst COVID-19 restrictions are still in place. The waiting room was very comfortable and the view into the garden was stunning - no doubt it would be a lovely place to wait on a hot summers day.

Michelle at the reception was incredibly friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease, and answered any questions that I had whilst providing all the necessary information on the services that are offered at the practice. Definitely knows her stuff!

The consultation was quick - once again Dr Nabila was welcoming and did a good job of assessing my teeth and providing me with some advice and guidance on treatment options. I was handed a treatment plan letter which they kindly printed off at reception with a breakdown of all the costs which I found extremely useful. Michelle talked me through the treatment plan to ensure any questions I had were answered.

Overall, brilliant service, professional and knowledgeable staff and a very glamorous practice. I look forward to returning in the future for further treatment.

I came across Binley Woods Dentistry when I needed an emergency appointment for my MIL. Dr Nabeela saw us at very short notice, staying past her shift to help. She dealt with my MIL with kindness and compassion at a time when she was very upset.
I then joined the practice as a patient and have been really pleased. Zarina, on reception, is the consummate professional. She dealt with issues with my appointment in a timely fashion and with a smile.
I saw Anwar and his assistant who were both friendly, gentle and sensitive to my circumstances.

I came here for the first time today, I hadn't been to the dentist for many years after having a bad experience, so I was very nervous. Mitesh and his nurse was amazing today, really calmed me down, made me laugh and turned a scary experience into an enjoyable one. He explained everything clearly and came up with a plan to fix my teeth. I definatly do not feel as scared going to the dentist anymore. Thankyou so much! :)
