Brilliant and helpful service. My mum needed special help with her late stage dementia and everyone was so accommodating. Mum was put at ease and they helped us loads as she can be a difficult patient. New shiny teeth to replace the ones she lost with no fuss at all. 100 percent recommended . Be mindful the surgery is closed on Wednesday so no one will answer then.

Terrible dental practice. Difficult to get through, rings 20x before you get to speak to receptionist if lucky . Dentist also terrible , does not care about his clients, doesn't check teeth properly, do not call back for results of x-rays. Left my daughter with fractured tooth who had x- ray and not called back as they promised after 2 weeks. We're trying to call regarding it but no one answers the phone.

As someone who has struggled with dental phobia for decades, I would like to say that both the dentist and staff at this practice are some of the most understanding and supportive people you could hope to meet. They have helped me overcome immense anxiety and I am so grateful for their support.

Put caps on my front teeth, brilliant, receptionist friendly, dentist friendly, prices are the best around. I fully recommend this dentist.

Terrible service, no one seems to ever be there to answer the phone, I have on numerous occasions whilst passing found the practice to be closed mid afternoon. I've tried to call again today for my son who the Dentist NEVER bothers to follow up on. Seriously contemplating putting a formal complaint in about the lack of service... How exactly are we supposed to contact when they never answer - do we need to send a message via pigeon or down to yoghurt pots with a string.

Reasonable wait times are a fantasy it seems when you finally speak to the cleaner.. NEVER a full or proper job done I feel, and follow up, forget it, it's not happening here, I'm sure private patients get a much better service than NHS patients.

Overall it's woeful, no worse than woeful 😔 I'm actually at the point of been totally amazed that the NHS is paying for this practice...

Awful. Receptionist has an attitude problem, doesn't answer the phone, won't get back to you when you do eventually get through. Took me three working days to get them to pick up the phone, still no closer to being seen despite being registered here.
