Caterham Dental Care

The best dental centre i have ever visited. Very happy with the extensive treatments i had from route canal to crowns and implants. The quality of their work is excellent and charges are very reasonable considering the high standards of care and workmanship.

I will never advise anyone to go to this surgery they are not genuine so much discrimination I had appointment with my son who is 3 years old literally took 3 min and I was told my son took so long during his appointment so therefore we cant see you today and will reschedule. I cant believe this is still happening in uk.i refuse to register my self as they are useless people and want everyone to know not to go there.

HYGIENIST ONLY WORKS 1 DAY A WEEK - 5+ MONTHS FOR AN APPOINTMENT.

Despite having attended here for over 30 years, this ceased functioning as a usable service quite some time ago. Almost all other businesses are operating at full capacity - COVID restrictions are now lifted - but Caterham Dental "Care" still can't be bothered to use a receptionist to answer calls.

They just cancelled a dental appointment with less than 24 hours notice and offered another slot 3 MONTHS LATER. I have already been waiting 2 months for this appointment. If I had done this, they would have stolen the deposit they extracted from me. COVID or not - why is the hygienist unprepared to offer extra appointments to make them up? Every other person who gets COVID does their best to catch up with work.

And now they won't answer the phone to give me my refund.

I have found the hygienist Nicola very professional and informative. The staff were very friendly and welcoming when I went as a first patient during the tail end of covid and as a nurse I appreciated the care and attention to patients safety .
For the previous poster complaining that the staff member who had to cancel their appointment because they had caught covid and was not able to offer a new appointment sooner ,well thankfully the staff member survived covid and have been able to return to work .
Let's show some compassion here !! Many services are trying to catch up due to covid .

Caterham Dental care was excellent from start to finish! My treatment was teeth whitening and bonding, Shilane talked me through the whole process and I couldn’t be happier with my new smile!

Kylie is a great hygienist and a nice person. Would recommend 110%. Just had my second deep clean session. I'll admit, it's not something I enjoy (does anyone??), but she's made it much better, and how I'm on the road to healthier teeth and gums. Thank you Kylie.

Excellent care and treatment. All the staff were very hospitable. Dr. Patel clearly explained what he found and the treatment required. His use of before and after pictures were so effective in helping me understand the health of my teeth and gums. Thank you!
