Absolute sh*t show of a dentist. Had to go for emergency treatment elsewhere after the woman did "the worst excuse of a filling" the emergency dentist ever saw, as the owner decided to have a day off. Bupa even told me they are barely a dentist's and they will be dropping them soon. Just to top it off, she cancelled my private dental plan without telling me and upon phoning,told my mother "we would be better off elsewhere" absolutely vile, I've gone here since I was a child, would have been better off on the NHS!

When Mohammed took over the practice he told us he was an expert with root canals. About 6 years ago he put my wife onto 3 monthly hygiene appointments because he said her gum was bad in a particular spot and he put it down to gum disease. She was suspicious of this because she had always had good dental hygiene. We moved to Treetops in Codsall where they diagnosed a badly needed root canal filling. The root canal work solved her problem. It was lucky the work wasn't delayed any longer because she might have lost the tooth.
I was told by Mohammed that l needed possibly £10 000 + worth of dental work on a bridge, involving him plus the use of a consultant associate of his. Treetops recommended a different approach involving less invasive and less complex treatment. When l got around to the work this year it cost me £4,000. I am very happy with the outcome. Obviously, l am not suggesting that Faircroft were attempting to milk me with unnecessary treatments. I am just saying what happened.
