Most unattentive dentist i've ever had, had to drag the information out of him after he spent 10 minutes telling me how he'd once turned a patient's gums to 'jelly'. After getting a second opinion turns out he was completely wrong anyway and would have damaged my tooth further if he'd gone ahead with the treatment like he'd suggested. Would not waste your money.

Really unprofessional! My mother made a face to face appointment and when she arrived on that date they didn't have it booked so she then had to arrange another day to go.

I called to make an appointment and they told me a week on Monday at 6pm is their only free space. I was in a lot of pain but I waited a week because they are supposed to be good dentists. I arrived on the Monday and was told my name wasn't in the system after I gave all my information on the phone. They also insisted I may have rung the wrong number!

After the appalling, unprofessional start by the receptionist I decided not to continue with the practice as I do not have faith the dentists will be any better.

I will never be returning here again!
On my initial visit I was told I would be having a checkup and a filling for my cracked tooth (the reason for my visit) I was told if I had a fill-in it would cost me £67 for the entire service.
The lady looked only at the broken tooth did a temporary fill-in and said that I should rebook for a full check up and have a proper fill-in next time.
I payed the receptionist £22 for my visit and again was told my next appointment would cost £67 for the fill-in and an extra 40 something if it was a deeper fill-in so I booked in.
The next visit came around and she xrayed my mouth, did the check up and basically said I could keep my original temp fill-in, or because it was a mollar I'd have to pay private pricing (far too pricey) so I left with the same temp fill-in, so what was the point in my second appointment? She could have just given me my options the previous appointment and I wouldn't have had to pay for a second check up!
I complained to the receptionist who didn't understand my need for two appointments but had nothing really to say except how she felt in the middle of things 🤦‍♀️ so I payed and left never to return.
All of this after I complained to the dentist about the lady who greats you at the door checking temps touching me with the thermometer then herself then me again because it wasn't working, not cleaning it then touching the next person with it, just as we're about to go into lockdown, she should know better, I grabbed loads of sanitiser and covered myself straight away 🤦‍♀️

Furious with my visit, I left in tears as I absolutely hate confrontation but felt taken advantage of and mistreated, my advice would be DON'T GO HERE!

The WORSE experience I have ever had anywhere, AVOID THIS PLACE AND RAJ the so called Dentist. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming, acted like they were being forced to be there. Had a trainee on shift who had no idea how to use the systems and made many errors logging what Raj was saying. Raj was very rude and was only trying to get book further appointments and work which was not required. When I asked questions regarding the treatment he become abrupt and did not have any answers. I was asked to sign a document stating an x-ray, examination and filling was done when it was only a check up. Trying to claim money for work that was not completed, FRAUD!

Will be reporting them and definitely never going back there. Would give ZERO STARS if the option was there…FRAUDSTERS!

Was told a referral was going to be done to have several teeth removed. Everytime I chased it up was told will call you back, eventually spoke to someone again this is 16 months later now. Lied to me and told me the referral has been done, rang up the hospital to chase it up. To find out no referral was ever completed. 16 months of toothache for the sake of it. Disgusting dentistry. Oh also did a filling bent the needle in my gums trying to inject it to numb it. Then when drilling drilled so far it hit my nerves.

Avoid this dentists if possible. My initial consultation was for a broken tooth, the dentist who saw me first seemed like she had no idea what she was doing, the dental nurse/receptionist was also quite abrupt and had an attitude about me bringing my bag inside. I was booked in for a filling in a few weeks time. They called me a few days later to say I had to re-do the consultation with another Dentist before I can have the filling. I went back to see a different Dentist who said lots of the stuff recorded from last time was incorrect? Was finally booked in for the filling appointment, when I arrived all the staff were freaking out over the room leaking from the ceiling? I was sat in the chair and staff kept barging in to look at the ceiling, I was really anxious anyway and it put me on edge. The Dentist left the room for 10 mins mid procedure to take a personal call on his mobile while I was laid there with metal things sticking out my mouth! The Dentist said the filling was a little high but to see how I go, I left in excruciating pain, the filling was so high the teeth on the other side would not even touch. They also tried to overcharge me for this appointment. The pain has never subsided and is worse than when the tooth was chipped. I went back to get it filed down with the same dentist and he acted shocked that it was so high and did not remember doing the filling a few days prior. The dental nurse this time was actually really pleasant and friendly and put me at ease. However, since then I have developed a dental abscess and the infection has spread to my ear, I tried to call for an emergency appointment and the receptionist was so rude and fobbed me off to 111. I would rather sit in this agony that return to this dentist again!!
