I was referred to the Hilton dental clinic from my NHS dentist as the extraction procedure was to complex/risky for them. I was very nervous prior & during the procedure but the dentist who did the extraction (Claire) was excellent and very reassuring during the process.
I highly recommend this dental clinic, the staff were very friendly and professional. After waiting over a year to have the tooth out it’s a massive relief and they made the experience as pleasant as possible for me.

I was really nervous at the prospect of having a dental implant and the cost means expectations were high. I can really recommend Hilton dental clinic if you are thinking of having one. Right from the start I felt really well looked after each step of the process was so well explained and detailed in both written and face to face appointments. There was also a high attention paid to safety and keeping everything extremely sterilised to minimise any risk of infection. I am thrilled with my new tooth!

I had an implant completed by Dr Kamal this month at The Hilton Dental Practice. The process started over 6 months ago and it was very thorough and professional from start to finish. All the staff worked hard to put you at ease. I would definitely recommend.

Kamal and his team have always given me honest, considered and professional treatment. I have total faith in his skills as a dental surgeon. There is total transparency regarding fees and the treatment process. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who values their dental hygiene.

Great if you’re a private customer, not so great if you’re NHS.

I’ve been an NHS patient at this dentist for a number of years, I’ve previously paid for several white filling which had to be re-done when I had cosmetic dentistry at another dentist down to the poor application.

Recently changed NHS dentist who clearly either didn’t know what he was doing or the notes on the system weren’t correct but I had to argue to get a new filling that had cracked and broken causing me a lot of pain- the next appointment they could give me was 2 months later. Thankfully the dental nurse got involved and moved this around to fit me in. I thankfully now have a filling but it’s poorly done, bumpy, pointy in some parts and doesn’t mimic a tooth like my previous dentists do when they do white fillings.

Don’t get me started on the receptionist Louise. She is rude, sour face, not friendly or approachable, talks over you and doesn’t allow you to explain. God knows how she still works there all these years later.

My parents are private patients and they have a completely different experience, they like the dentist, have never came across Louise before, only other receptionists who they have always found helpful and friendly.

I have decided to now go private but at another practice as I’d prefer a friendly receptionist who has customer service skills.

Having had a tooth removed because of an abscess I was referred to Hilton dental clinic to get the tooth replaced with an implant. I've never had one done before and so was delighted to be referred to the team at Hilton DC. The implant was inserted yesterday and is indistinguishable from the rest of my teeth. It's exactly the same colour and fits perfectly in the old gap.

The whole process was seamless, professional and unusually for a dentist, totally painless. I would thoroughly recommend this dental practice I would have no hesitation in going back to them should I need another implant in the future.

Aside from their brilliant dental skills, they are also very friendly people.

I have received an implant to replace a broken crown which could not be renewed. The entire process was conducted with clarity and professionalism from beginning to end. It was patient-centred throughout, which gave me both reassurance and confidence at each stage of the procedure. All staff were friendly and willing to explain questions along the way. An excellent team.

The whole team at Hilton Dental Clinic are professional, kind, courteous and welcoming. The service they provide is never less than excellent.
