After no dentists taking on new patients I was very lucky to be taken back on at BJS. I was having issues with a tooth and desperately trying to get into to somewhere with no luck. After my first check up, a tooth was really badly damaged and more than likely have to be taken out. After receiving a root canal today after taking his time to treat it the best he can. Even if the root canal doesn't hold and I eventually have to have it taken out, I'm very thankful for the effort taken to do whatever he can to save the tooth to see how it all goes. Thank you so much.

Have been using this dental practice from when they took it over. By far the best dentist I have been to. Extremely friendly and reassuring. Have recently completed a whitening programme and cosmetic treatment which has far excelled my expectations. Happy to say I can now smile with confidence. Thank you.

Extremely disappointed having been a patient for some years. The receptionist is harsh, unfair and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner for the 2nd time. Danielle went as far as to tell me she would tell my dentist I was rude when I requested a call back letting me know if I could book a check up. Having waited for contact patiently throughout the pandemic, I was horrified with Danielles tone and unempathetic manner. The rest of the team are fantastic but are sadly let down by her lack of customer service skills, tact and professionalism. I was taken off the register due to the practice only notifying those with an appointment scheduled before the pandemic started in March despite being treated for an emergency in the summer of 2020. She stated bluntly the practice were obligated to treat anyone during the pandemic with an emergency and my dentist was no longer taking on new patients.

I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Thiara for several years now and I have no hesitation in recommending this practice. The staff are friendly and relaxed. The dental care offered and time taken is impressive to say the least.
