Everything was fine for me she has always been a cracking dentist and taken good care of me and my family and I have been attending this surgery for years.

Up until the time when I'd requested a letter from the dental surgeon for court purposes in to and the DWP's doubts of my current health condition and my quest to win my appeal?

To where I happened to of noticed that she has put together a letter firstly without any date and then secondly only tried to make out in tthe content of that letter and howvit was worded that my oral health condition only occured through not attending as often as I am required?

When all I have ever done is just that! In fact, I began to feel like I was part of the furnishings and fixtures at one point?

This is not the case? And I more often than not suffer most of the time with oral problems "with or "without having attended the practice! I have done for years and will have this for the rest of my life now?

So, given this I called up to speak to her about this only to be told she only conveniently works Tuesdays and Wednesdays and I had court before then? I then asked if they could email her on my behalf as an emergency?

The reception staff said that she couldn't or rather wouldn't? I asked why and she said "because she is at home? I am not disturbing her?

So, then I asked to speak to the manager. She then said that she isn't in until the following week either in so many words!

I then uttered sarcastically, in my disappointment, hurt and resentment about all this how convenient this was etc, and then ended the call! I was "furious!"

And left feeling very anxious and extremely upset "indeed!" So on a scale of 0-10 unfortunately I rate them as 0 has I am totally dissatisfied and feel this service is very "unprofessional when it comes to support in your battle to prove you are "genuinely more often than not suffering through this disapointing diagnosis

So, I strongly urge patients to think twice before they decide to choose this establishment for their dental care. If you do, might I strongly urge you be very vigilant!

Shocking service, have switched dentists after they were unable to provide me with emergency dental treatment following a fractured tooth or even the simplest of curtosies on the phone appalling service.
