My treatment here was excellent, the staff were very kind and friendly and helpful and explained each step of the procedure as we went through it. I was referred here for a complicated extraction which my own dentist couldn't do, I was told it would be 3 month wait but I was seen after only a month.

Waiting time can be very long. I haven't waited any longer than 2 hours. Some receptionists are a bit moody and some are really nice. The waiting are can be a bit hot and crowded. Some magazines are a bit tatty and there not up to date.

Visited today. I was really nervous about having my wisdom tooth out, don't know why as the dentist got it out within a minute. Excellent job. Would highly recommend anyone having a tooth extraction here. First class, Thankyou for taking care of me.

I am writing this more for the benefit of Oral Surgery Ltd. I was referred to the NHS Hospital to have two supernumerary teeth extracted from my lower jaw. The NHS then referred me to Oral Surgery Ltd which at first I was a little hesitant about, firstly because I was unsure of the equipment and knowledge they would have and secondly because I believed my dentist wanted me to attend a hospital rather than a standard dental practice. Well I can tell you now, coming to Oral Surgery Ltd was by far the best thing I could have done. I was a little uncertain when I was sat in the waiting area which just had 3 seats and a toilet, nothing much to relax you or calm your nerves, but I held on until I saw the surgeon. I went in and just saw a chair and a few tools and this was again not what I was expecting to see, I thought there would be big robotic arms and scanners and lots of high tech gadgets. Well my nerves were going a bit to tell the truth but as I sat chatting to the surgeon I realised how incredibly knowledgeably he was and how planned and methodical everything would be. I agreed to the procedure (there was no pressure or force to make my mind up there and then) but he got on with it and without going into too much graphic detail, it was an injection or two (not much different than a filling) then some gentle pulling which I honestly didn't get any pain from, took about 30 seconds and that was it. They had it out! Bit of blood which they sucked out with the vacuum thing, and that was it. Honestly, I have no idea why I got myself so worked up. I booked back in for the second tooth to be done 3 weeks later (not necessary as I was fine after 10 days) and that went just as smoothly. Parking is limited here but there is a public car park just around the corner. If I have any other extractions in the future or other work to be done, I will 100% be going back here. Great work. Thank you to my surgeon, I no longer have to worry about those pesky teeth for the rest of my life, I'm very happy!

I used this dentist for an emergency extraction yesterday. I am a slightly nervous patient and I have to say all the staff there were just amazing, they are all so friendly and caring and really put me at ease. The dentist herself was absolutely brilliant. Explained the process and popped the tooth out in less than 2 minutes. It was over so quickly. I would 100% recommend this dental practice
