The treatment I received during my time at the practice was overall positive. Unfortunately a ratio of 50% appointments cancelled at the last minute has meant I have left the practice. All of this impacted my work and arrangements I had made in relation to my own business and clients in order to attend these dentist appointments. I would not cancel my own clients in such a way. There was also no attempt at retention of my custom when I explained why I was leaving, other than the receptionist saying “I’m sorry”. I would have expected more.... perhaps the practice needs a policy to better support staff to deal with this.

Had such a positive experience at this dentist. I had braces fitted and they couldn't have worked better, I'm so pleased. The dentist's were very friendly and super helpful. I cant recommend this dentist enough, the staff were excellent and so was the service.

I saw Dr Gandecha for the first time after having an emergency with my wisdom tooth and was extremely happy with how quickly I was able to book an appointment be treated. He was very efficient, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him as a dentist and will definitely go back.

They've recently had a new Dental surgeon start his name is Pavlos I believe. He is such a great Surgeon, very calming and very clear about what your treatment options are and how they will perform it. Highly reccomend.

Rude receptionist!!! We were late by 5 minutes and we had to reschedule our appointment. With the next appointment even though we are 10 minutes earlier we had to wait for 20 minutes!!!!!! When I went to talk to the receptionist she was not even sorry for that and said “that’s the way it works” — don’t forget you get paid by us - the tax payers.. learn to treat your customer nicely and professionally.Our time is equally precious like yours!

My mother has just telephoned here and the dentist was very rude on the phone, I am actually also a patient here and I think we will be looking for somewhere else. Speak to others how you would like to be spoken to

When we patients are in pain at least answer the phone. 45 minutes calling and no one picks up.

I have previously given this place 5 stars, hence why I decided to keep it no lower than 2 stars this time.

This dental practice is really good and professional. However, at least 3, if not more of my appointments were cancelled now. I'm not sure if they get cancelled in favour of clients who pay or whether it's due to problems with logistics. Either way, I always get sent a message a few weeks after setting up my appointment getting told that my appointment is cancelled. Not much effort is even made to offer me a new appointment.

I'm definitely looking for a different dental practice now.
