We would like to thank the dentist for excellent care! Dr Gonzales is very professional and friendly. My children are not afraid of dentists anymore! The whole team at the practice are very nice and helpful.

Really helpful and knowledgable. Had a broken tooth sorted and some earlier bad dentistry work (done at a different surgery) rectified. So happy with how they turned out. After not liking my teeth for the last 10 years really happy with them. Amreen is amazing and kept in contact constantly with helpful advice wherever I needed it. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

I had an appointment with the Hygienist at Plains Dental Surgery and she, her Dental Nurse Assistances and the Receptionist were all extremely pleasant and thorough.

It must have been like chipping into rock for her to remove my dental calculus, but we got to the summit. Thanks. 🙂

My wife had to have an emergency appointment for a broken tooth. She had an appointment made within 3 hours. Petrova on reception looked after her and was concerned she looked unwell. Mr Fletcher and his Dental nurse were so thoughtful and treated me with kindness. We have been visiting this surgery for many years and we have nothing but praise for Mr Fletcher and the team. Thank you.

Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Martin explains any procedures and makes sure I understand any treatment required. She has high standards of care and hygiene and is always friendly and reassuring.

Have twice now cancelled my wife and young son's appointment at less than 24 hours notice. My son's nearly 3 and still waiting for his first dental appointment. Been told it will be another 6 months before they can fit him in again but on current form I fully expect that to get cancelled too.We've taken him out of nursery for today's appointment so lost a day's nursery fees unnecessarily too.

Received my new dentures today still have a few more treatments to go

AVOID!iv been passed from dentist to dentist and now to be told my appointments been cancelled for Invisalign! Reception really don’t care and are rude and just want to put the phone down.RIDICULOUS!!!
