Mydentist, Hillside, Bramcote

If you are like me, haven’t been to the dentist for AGES and was terrified about the whole thing. then this is the place for you!

I think the most part that kept me away from the dentist for so long was that i was afraid of being judged for not going regularly, but you'll get none of that hear. All the staff, from the reception to the dentist team where light hearted, very professional and above all caring. There was no "ooo look at you! why haven’t you been before now?" just straight forward, friendly talk, and when it came to my actual treatment (four fillings) it was done fast, with my wellbeing always acknowledged. When I needed to stop, they stopped.

Signing up is also very easy, literally a one page form and that’s it!

can not recommend these guys enough! Very high service for a very affordable price.

Fantastic place, I came here as a new patient and I'm glad I made the move, everyone was so professional from the receptionist all the way up to the dentist Justine, they made me feel very comfortable and explained everything they were doing, wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone A++++ practice.

My mum goes here, we was in today! Shocking service sat waiting for 40 mins, no I'm sorry she running late. All we got told was that there was one dentist cos the rest was on holiday. Poor management, who gives three people in the same practice holiday at the same time. Not to mention someone else went before us because she had something to pick up, 15 minutes later still sat here. No wonder why it changes owners so much joke!

Because of hospital appointments i had to cancel twice.3rd time I arrived and found reception and all dental staff friendly, efficient and showed empathy in my own personal situation.
Thanks to everyone concerned,would recommend to anyone.

Visited mydentist at Bramcote today and both Kev and Daisy made my time there relaxing. Daisy and Kev were very knowledgeable about all the treatment available and explained everything step by step. Booked my next appointment there and then. So happy.

Went to the Dentist today my appointment time was an afternoon appointment in which I could make I was on time!! Baring in mind I'm not keen on going to the dentist i have Mental H problems and I didnt get seen until 30mins after my appointment time only to be told that the dentist wouldn't see me due to me missing appointments because of my MHealth, I was feeling quite anxious at this point and had to go outside for some fresh air until I was called in, We then asked again and it was then I got seen!! Yes ok the dentist who actually saw me was ok but for this experience to happen to me wasn't very nice!! I do hope that they understand people who have MHealth problems a little more in future!!

Good practice. Needed an appointment quickly as I hadn’t registered at a closer practice since I moved house and was able to get in the same day on private plan which was great and the price was reasonable as not that much more than standard nhs. Staff are friendly and make appointments very comfortable.

Fabulous service from the practise. All the dentists and nursing staff are very kind and give a great advice. Can't fault them. 100% satisfaction.
