Dentistry at its finest ! I had an emergency appointment with Ashleigh had an abscess and a nasty cracked tooth which she extracted . Ashleigh and her nurse were absolutely amazing very calm and the whole procedure was painless .

I cannot recommend them enough. The service I have received has been exemplary. Every visit, the staff have been friendly, professional and kind. They really take the time to explain everything and I have felt informed and cared for every step of the way.
Easily, the best dental practice I have ever been registered with. Faye and Gemma you have been amazing. Sorry I can't name drop all the staff working alongside them because I just can't remember all their names but they have all been fantastic.

I would recommend Heswall dental practice to all my family and friends. The practice is efficient and all the staff are caring and helpful. Whenever my family have had dental emergencies we are always offered prompt same day appointments. Dr Kate Preston is an amazing dentist and I’m so grateful for her expertise. Absolutely fantastic dentist. I have been with them for almost 2 years and seen by Faye and Kate. They have been excellent with their treatment and care. Today I was seen as an emergency and yet again their treatment and care was phenomenal. Thank you !

Had my first appointment here today at Heswall Dental Practice and it's safe to say I will never be changing dentists again.
Due to previous bad experiences at a dental practice in Wallasey, I was so nervous about this appointment. I had worked myself up to be a massive ball of anxiety that almost didn't make it through the door because of how nervous I was.
The staff here were extremely understanding and I can highly recommend Oli to anyone who might also be a nervous patient. All the staff were really lovely but Oli went above and beyond to make sure my experience with them was a positive one. He has such a wonderful manner about him and after I explained how nervous I was, he done his best to calm me down and make me feel at ease. I had a full check up and a scale and polish and I don't know why I was so worried in the first place.
If anyone is nervous about visiting the dentist, give Oli a visit. He is honestly the best at what he does and he's now stuck with me as a patient for life.

I am an incredibly anxious adult when it comes to the dentist but everyone goes above and beyond to make me feel safe and at ease, everyone is incredibly kind, patient and understanding, I'm never made to feel silly or like a nuisance. Heswall dental practice is the best surgery with the most wonderful staff who always go to the extra effort of making people feel safe and welcome.

I took my daughter to have the first lot of teeth extracted as she has an over crowded mouth. We were dealt with quickly and efficiently and taken straight up to the dentist. Alice, that I had not met before but my daughter at ease instantly. She built rapport and engaged with her, whist answering her questions as honestly as possible. The procedure was done as swiftly as possible and with great praise and reassurance for my daughter. The after care was explained well and we both feel reassured attending next week for the final two extractions. The dental nurse ( I'm sorry, I didn't catch your name!) was lovely also! Its very different not being able to see peoples expressions in masks etc but we were made to feel comfortable and reassured. thankyou Heswall Dental, Alice and team.
