Hall & Purchase Dental Practice

Absolutely vile dentist, needed 2 teeth taking out following a course of antibiotics for an abscess in my facial cavity, got my appointment time mixed up and arrived a little late, to be turned away at the reception and told to find another dentist. Where is the care and compassion here. I even offered to pay the fees for the missed appointment This man has always been ignorant and arrogant towards myself and my children.

Absolutely shocking dentist no customer skills fob people off saying they will ring back and never do. Shocking treatment you wouldn't leave an animal to suffer yet these people let people suffer for nearly 3 weeks

Absolutely first class, never failed to make an appointment, always discusses treatment, gives options for treatment, all staff very friendly, can't ask for more.

Had a check up today, spent more time waiting for receptionist to book me in, must have seen the dentist no more than a couple of minutes he mumbled things to the assistant then told me next check in 6 months, nothing about anything he had seen or found to me, felt like just a number, £23.80 to be precise. Absolutely terrible service from start to finish, looking for a new dentist now.

Local dental surgery. First time I visited, 55 years ago. Different dentists now of course

Just like to say a big thank you I had a broken tooth a month ago I phoned up and got in same day and my husband cracked a tooth and phoned up yesterday and got in same day.
I know that other people might not have the same experience as we have but when we have need them recently they have been fantastic 👏👏

Brilliant service dentist and dental nurses couldn't do enough to help.

Really disappointed with Hall & Purchase. My children have not been to the dentist since the pandemic started, understandably. However, I would expect to be able to make an appointment now, even if it was for early in the new year. I was told to call back in the new year as they had no appointments for check ups. It’s really not good enough for children’s dental health. We will not be returning to Hall and Purchase Dental.
