Mydentist, Nuthall Road, Nottingham

Had a private appointment booked for 3 weeks. Wasn’t feeling well on day of appointment so left message at 9am as appointment was at 10:45am… didn’t get a call back, I called at 5pm and was told it went down as did not show and will have to pay again £39 to book another as it was less than 24 hours before …. Even tho 24 hours prior they send a covid screening form to fill to see if you can attend… makes zero sense. So basically £39 wasted … next time I will plan ahead if I’m not feeling well and let you know as I can predict the future. Better to go elsewhere.

Many thanks to Doctor Rafi for fitting me in within 4 hours after I broke my tooth. Very professional. Not fond of going to the dentist but I was made to feel at ease by Doctor Rafi and her dental nurse. Many thanks guys

Spent 39 pounds for having problem with my wisdom teeth ! The dentist consulted , the dentist said I should have another x ray I paid 12 pounds extra and asked her if I could do teeth cleaning g and paid 55 pound top of that . The cleaning last just to 5 mins and just cleaned front of my teeth even that’s not properly done ! They haven’t touch any where of my back side teeth or all my tee th ! I wouldn’t recommend this place and it is completely waste of money

Regularly seen an nhs dentist here, always able to get an appointment and never kept waiting long. Lovely team highly recommend

Been to the dentist today my appointment was with Kathija Rafi what a beautiful person very gentle honest and professional. The perfect dentist.

Had a simple question about my appointment, wanted to clarify something because they were sending out confusing text messages with contradictory information. Waited on hold for 30 minutes in the same queue position that never moved, only for the receptionist to eventually say it was a bad line and hang up on me. They didn't even ring me back.

Update: Went for another appointment at 14:00. They neglected to let me know they lock the doors 1pm-2pm. Arrived to check in and was left knocking on the door
for ten minutes wondering if I'd made a mistake. Good dentists, but very poor admin team.

I would like to thank Doctor Rafi, she was brilliant !!! I'm not a fan of the dentist and in pain with a infection under my bad tooth on Christmas Eve. But Doctor Rafi Kept me calm, told me everything she was doing and sorted me out. Doctor Rafi saved Christmas for me and my family. I would recommend her and her Dentist to anyone x
