Dental Perfection Kettering

I'm only giving him a 2 because of the work he does isn't bad, I spent 6k on a brace and implant (wish I'd have gone elsewhere), I have a fear of dentists, he don't give two thoughts about that, and hurts you to get the job done as quickly as possible. Has zero people skills. Looks in your mouth and starts to make that's gonna cost you noises. Just not a service I want from someone I'm trusting to put things right. Charged 50 quid private appointment to look in my mouth and say "yeh they need cleaning. That's another 100 quid." I was told 80 over the phone for appointment and scale. He cleaned my mouth for barely 15mins! 100 quid! He's onto a winner.
But hey...everything is always underestimated here and when it comes to it in your in the chair more and more racks up. It's all about the pitch, and it's placed and planned out.

1 star for the polite ladies that work there.
1 star cause the implant hasn't fallen out yet.

I've cancelled my follow up appointment, and got more and more angry the more I think about how my hard earned money has gone.

I began my Invisalign journey with a consultation at dental perfection. I was happy with what was suggested in terms of what would be best to achieve the result I wanted. A couple weeks later I had my aligners and I was ready to go! Every 4 weeks I had my check in and everything went very smoothly with a very friendly team with the main man, Pramod Sabharwal. The biggest bonus was I could visit either practice for my appointments. My treatment was complete in approx 4 months! The biggest thanks goes to Courtney who was always at the end of the phone to sort out any queries and my extra appointments for me.

Worst dentist I have ever been too... did not prescribed antibiotics after telling me I have an infection, finally getting them after a second visit. Then failing to fill the prescription out correctly with a missing date, postcode and a spelling mistake on the medication prescribed. After I passed this infomation on that had been given to me by a pharmacist I was told "well if you want to trust a pharmacist more than a dentist that's up to you" also that I am not welcome back at the dentist for being rude, I'm sorry if you find the truth rude of the lack of your ability and professionalisum. I did reply with why would I ever go back anyway.

Half way there:
Had my first session for implants with dental perfection yesterday. Arrived home with expectations of a sore /painful mouth for about a week. To my surprise I awoke this morning with no pain and only a slight soreness. Got up did my getting up routine and then did laundry and went off to shopping. Really delighted with the care and attention also skill and knowledge of the team.
This was just the first step but feel confident that the rest of the treatment will be just as good.
No hesitation in awarding full marks and a recommendation to Dental perfection for anyone thinking of taking this step.

From the very first phone call to the end of treatment, they have been warm, friendly, and the treatment was painless. After 3 years of having no NHS dentist I was grateful to have found somewhere. I needed quite a bit of work done and they fitted me in quickly.. they're a nice team. And I've been very happy with all parts of the service they provide.

Johnny and his team were very professional and friendly! I suffer with anxiety and fear when visiting the dentist however Jonny made me feel at ease and explained everything in great detail.
