Phoned with dental emergency was told because I missed an appointment way back in 2015 and I wasn't registered would not be seen when asked if I could phone next day was told no I couldn't as I wasn't registered.So much for emergency health care.I was offered a number to phone but told I couldn't phone back there all because I missed an appointment way back in 2015 and refused to pay a fee as it was a very genuine reason I had to cancel appointment at last minute.Obviously being held against me.Shame on this practice definitely more about money than healthcare

I registered with this Practice in October 2019 and, straight away, was impressed by the friendly, sociable and extremely professional manner of all the Staff. Joanne, at Reception, was really very friendly and helpful, both when I first registered and on each visit since. She provides an excellent first contact for patients entering the Practice and throughout their time there. She is a truly bright, pleasant and very helpful person.

Dr Hamid Al-Hindawi performed the dental treatment and he, again, was extremely friendly and efficient. He explained in detail what he was going to do and when he would have it done. Each time I returned for the next stage in the treatment he did, indeed, have the work done as promised. He finally made a new set of dentures for me and they were ready today, 2nd December 2019. He made sure that I was fully comfortable and satisfied with his work before I left his clinic. I was deeply impressed by the high standard of his work, he has done an excellent job!

The Jedburgh Family Dental Practice should be proud of their Staff. The whole team, Admin Staff, Dental Nurses and Dentists are fantastic! What excellent service they provide for their patients!

I moved to Jedburgh Dental Practice last year after having a bad experience with my previous dentist. I am so pleased with the service, the staff are always cheery and my dentist Elle, is lovely. I was really nervous about having root canal treatment a few months ago but it was easy and completely painless!

Just joined the Practice this morning and very impressed with the friendly helpful service. Welcomed by my dentist Mr Hamid Al-Hindawi who was very friendly and was keen to make me feel at ease and relax a bit more! I was also very impressed with the modern state of the art equipment.

I am delighted to have found this excellent Dental Practice having recently moved to the Scottish Borders. The service is cheerful, kind and efficient - from the Receptionist, Dental Nurse and very skilled Dentist.

Very impressed with the care from this practice. During lockdown a large filling and part of the remaining tooth broke off. After restrictions had reduced I contacted the practice and got an appointment for assessment. This showed an underlying abscess and the need for a root canal filling. Because of COVID 19 this could not be treated on the NHS. I was quoted a very reasonable price for the hour long appointment. All the staff were so friendly and our dentist, Eleonora,was really great. The procedure was pain free. I’m extremely grateful.Many thanks as I appreciate how difficult it must be for you all to be working in these times.

I recently got composite build ups from Ehsan and I couldn't be happier with my new teeth, for so long I hated my teeth and now I absolutely love them!! Very professional and has made such a good job!! Would high recommend 😁😁 can't thank him enough!

Only good things to say about this practice. I moved to this one on NHS as my dentist left me for months with an infection spreading and wouldn't take the time to x-ray and wouldn't make any appointments for me. Finally snapped and went on temporary dentist until I got moved to Jedburgh. My dentist is polite, friendly professional and skilled. I'm so happy with the time he's taken to treat my tooth. All staff very friendly and helpful no issue with booking a check up for the future.
