West End Dental - Porthmadog (Gwynedd)

We have always been with the surgery in Porthmadog and have a good repose with the staff.
The dentists are lovely and really know this stuff.
Both our boys go as well although they no longer live here, and they are kept on the books so they can keep vomihg as NHS dentists are hard to locate where they live.

I had a chip in my tooth and hate having work done to my teeth. Despite being really nervous the dentist told me it was only a small job and it wouldn't take long. He reassured me throughout and he was right.....I didn't feel a thing. Absolutely fantastic....I feel confident going back now. Brilliant x

I'm not a client. I have a business in the same street . A client of the dentist had to call me to speak to someone in the porthmadog clinic he had been trying to get through for 3 day on the telephone. I find it a complete mystery as to why they don't have telephones it's ridiculous that a client has to phone another business for help to contact you. I myself phoned you and left a message asking you to call me . I wanted to let you know of a problem you have also I'm not your receptionist. I will help anyone but may put in a bill with yourselves for my time.

Excellent, Gold Standard service received today. Dhanraj explained every aspect of the procedure, before extracting the tooth. A pain free experience, thankyou Dhanraj and nurse Zoe for your calm professionalism and friendly chairside manner.

Emergency consultation resulted in needing my wisdom tooth removed.
I can't fault my experience, from the girls taking my booking, reception staff and dentist. Mr M. Gibson.
Was very nervous about the removal but he was just chatty as if it was nothing and put me at ease... 2 minutes after the tooth was out!
Excellent experience don't know what I was nervous about.

Dental Hygienist - Toni Jones was BRILLIANT. Totally discomfort free. No wincing because of any sensitivity, very informative & helpful. I wish I had met her/ someone like(!) years ago. Thank you.

At last a hygienist who is both gentle and thorough, thank you Toni. Also thanks for the advice about proper teeth cleaning, informative without talking down to me. Not forgetting your helper, Zoe. Sorry it has taken me almost a month to write this review.

A huge thank you to the team at West End Dental team at Porthmadog.
They were so respectful and kind and I felt very well cared for.
They explained everything to me and I left feeling really that at last I have found a dental practise that will work in partnership with me.
