Castle Court Dental Care

Dentist based in Dinas Powys that caters for a mix of NHS patients for children in education and private treatment for adults. They offer dental care plans which I use. The practice is modern and friendly.

Received excellent service from Mr Owain Bevan who went above normal practice to help my wife who was suffering with neuralgia. He arranged contact for my wife with a consultant at Heath hospital and liaised with my wife the following day even though it was his day off. All staff at the surgery provide excellent service.

Having just had two dental implants carried out by Dr.Bharat Nagrani and his excellent nurses the whole process from start to finish was carried out to a very high professional standard, every stage of the process was fully explained beforehand and expedited with extreme care, I thoroughly recommend and thank the Practice for a job well done.

The team at Castle Court are really welcoming and friendly, making it easy for us to coordinate multiple appointments between the dentists and hygienist. They always have that personal touch, remembering previous conversations and never do more work than is required. We’ve both been really happy with our treatments here!

Received first class treatment today. Unfortunately had to have an extraction, but it was pain free under the care of a kind, sympathetic dentist. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Thank you all for accommodating a patient in pain.

I hadn't visited my regular dentist for over 5 years, and they couldn't see me when I enquired as they are not taking on new clients. I knew I was badly in need of a little care and repair work on my teeth so I had to find a new dentist. I asked for recommendations on social media and Castle Court was mentioned a number of times in glowing terms (along with others nearer to me in Penarth, but parking is a major issue in Penarth which is a deal breaker for me) so I rang Castle Court and from the moment I spoke to the lovely receptionist I felt I had made a good choice.

They were able to fit me in for a check up quite quickly, and after a thorough examination and xrays I was given recommendations for treatment options, and a quotation so I could plan my dental care spend (and my anxiety burden) over the coming weeks/months. They also offered a regular care subscription plan which made the treatment extremely affordable, so I opted to go for that.

I have now completed my treatments and I could not be happier. The staff are super polite and professional, the premises are spanking clean, and my new dentist put me at ease from the outset. Explained everything he was doing, was gentle, reassuring, efficient, and kind. Ahhhhh, no more anxiety for me! Thank you so much Castle Court Dental Care!

Professional and friendly team that make it easy to arrange appointments with both the dentist and hygienist at a time that is convenient to us. Eifion always makes us both feel at ease with his great chair side manner and personal touch. He offers clear and concise description and advice on the treatment options available, tailored to our circumstances. Excellent dental practice, would highly recommend.

My wife came across Castle Court during a routine dental practice inspection as part of her job and immediately suggested we joined the practice.
We have not looked back. Our family see Baz for all of our checkups and treatments and he truly is a fantastic dentist.
Both my wife and daughter have had negative experiences in the past with their previous dentist, which left them both fearful of attending, but Baz and the team at Castle Court have turned their opinion around.
The team are always polite and friendly, and you are made to feel welcome everytime on a personal level, and not just as 'another patient'.
