They are very friendly from the receptionist to the dentist. They make you feel as ease if you have a problem and will go out of their way to help you when they can. They will always try and fit you in on the day if you have a problem or if it’s not an emergency you are vertically guaranteed to be seen within a couple of days. If you are a child they always try their best to get you in on the same day. I would and have recommended them to my family who all attended the same dentist and some of my friends have transferred to them as well, mallaed are extremely happy with the service provided by my dentist. I will carry on to recommend my dentist to anyone who asks me my opinion.

A great dentist. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. My lady dentist is so lovely and makes you feel instantly relaxed. Would definitely recommend this dental practice.

The attitude of the staff is absolutely disgraceful and even when in absolute pain you are left with constant attitude off Jo and basically dismissed. This dentist is an absolute disgrace

Having been at your Practice for many years and our dentist leaving my husband and myself, who live together with one vehicle had appointments together. We have now been separated and have been told we cannot be seen together on the same day. We are a household, one journey makes sense.

Used to be a not bad nhs dental practice but seems to be going downhill. Today I phoned re a broken tooth. I was apparently “first in the queue” yet it took over ten minutes for someone to answer the phone. I was offered an appointment in december! Unless I wanted to pay, of course! My last appointment was a waste of time: Referral I’ve heard nothing about since. Xray - for what? Cursory examination and no worthwhile advice. Probably can’t get the european dentists since brexit, so stuff the nhs eh?!

How this company has such a high feedback score is beyond me. Apart from damaging your teeth, telling you to go private to fix them then washing their hands of all liability.....the reception staff are rude and driven by money and private care before the care of its patients. On the phones they sound more like bailiffs than receptionists, they must be on commission or something.
I am and have always been polite and compassionate, i understand not everyone is the same but im sure the reception staff at my dentist LLANELLI have had no basic training and lack even the most basic of interpersonal skills. What does one expect when the their manager shows the exact same level of understanding as the staff shes managing. In my opinion, Mydentist the company should have a thorough look into the way things are run at the llanelli branch and who they are run by.

The receptionists and dentist were courteous, and welcoming. Put me at ease. I visited them as an emergency patient, and a very worrying problem. The dentist did everything she could for me ie X rays and examination, and referred me to Morriston hospital. When I hadn't heard from them at the end of the week, the dentist promptly contacted them again.
Covid restrictions and sanitation were in place.
They were all brilliant.!!
