Marlborough Dental Practice

Very professional practice. I have been using this practice since moving to Wales. They do offer a payment plan that helps to prevent surprises when having to deal with an unexpected dental event. Luckily I have not needed anything more than a regulat checkup and the occasional consult with a hygienist. Everyone is very helpful and friendly and treatment first class.

Danielle the receptionist always manages to fit me in even at extremely short notice.
The new dentist Dr Rob Gill is amazing and a credit to the practice!! Very knowledgeable with a friendly approach and explains things clearly so I always feel comfortable and confident with my treatment.
I cannot recommend this Practice and it’s staff highly enough...if there was a 10 star rating I would give it to them!!!!

Fantastic hygienist appointment with Karen who was very friendly, informative and put me at ease.

The following day I returned for a filling. Again this was a positive experience despite being nervous about it.

Appointments were on time and it was made clear what I needed to do etc with the current changes due to Covid.

The staff are friendly and keen to make sure you are happy with your treatment.

Been attending this surgery for decades and the staff are always phenomenally kind, prepared, organised and greet us with a smile. Our new dentist Ben is absolutely fabulous and we are so grateful for the care & patience he shows my young daughter and I.

I would like to thank everyone at the surgery for making my experience a pleasure from the start of your treatment to the end, nothing too much trouble for them, very friendly and a first class.

I also want to give a mention to how clean the practice is, they made me feel completely safe during this very uncertain time, the procedures they have in place for covid 19 are second to none. I would go as far as to say better than my GP. Keep up the amazing work.

Visited Marlbrough dental practice yesterday for the very first time as I had acute toothache. I recieved a warm welcome and in no time went to see Ben the dentist. After a very thorough examination he discussed my options. I returned today for treatment and felt relaxed and calm during a difficult procedure. The whole experience was 10 out of 10. I would absolutely recommend this practice to all. See you in the new year for more treatment which I might add isn't a daunting prospect at all knowing I'll be in safe hands. Merry Christmas. After bad experiences at other dentists i was extremely anxious about registering with another dentist. I have just returned from my first appointment in Marlborough dental and i am overjoyed with how nice my new dentist is.

Thank you for a positive experience. I now look forward to my checkup in 6 months time.
