Bay House Dental Practice

I attended the dental practice long before it became Bay House Dental practice. There has never been any need to go anywhere else. It is, and always has been the best dental practice on the planet. It is sheer delight to go there. All members of staff are excellent at what they do. Welcoming, compassionate, informative, progressive and very accommodating.

Initially joined the practice with a recurring dental problem, and was welcomed and seen quickly. An efficient referral to the Dental Hospital for further work followed. All staff very friendly and professional; I've been impressed by the service and care.

Now returning for regular check-ups and hygienist works as necessary, and the high standard of service continues.

After suffering from a really bad tooth infection and not being registered at a dental practice at the time, I rang Bay house dental practice after being referred by a friend and they went above and beyond to see me, they took me in and seen to my problem. I am a really nervous dental patient and they gave me so much reassurance, confidence and a friendly environment with zero judgment. I felt no pain when having my tooth removed and I felt prioritised while being in the chair. I wasn’t rushed, they took there time and kept asking if I was doing okay and talking through all the steps, that was the first time for me and what a difference it made! I have remained a patient with them since and the whole team are just so incredible!! You ain’t just a number to them or just another patient, you are seen as an important individual to the whole team. From the moment you walk in seeing the receptionist who are so lovely and caring and actually take the time to speak to you to the moment you leave your dentists room, it’s an incredible experience!

I have been with this Dental practice for over 38 years, long before the inception of Bay House. Over this period I have got to know the majority of the practice team. As soon as you walk in you are made to feel welcome by Sian and Michelle of the reception team, they are so friendly and make for a very relaxing atmosphere. Hygienist Michelle is always so professional and my teeth always feel perfect afterwards.
I was placed under the care of Dr Imran Nathoo in March of 202 when Imran toke over the practice. He very proactive and explains all his diagnoses and treatments extremely well, as a result I was recommended an extraction along with a dental implant due to an ongoing problem. Bay House has an implant specialist with in the team, the dental implant procedure takes a few months, and every stage was clearly explained, and very efficiently carried out by by implant specialist Dr Andrew Nourish and dental nurse Kate. My whole experience was very positive and I can thoroughly recommend.

I’ve been a patient here for years and it is outstanding. Took so many steps to make patients safe during COVID and that was very appreciated. Highly professional staff and great location.

Bay house has been my dentist for years now and it's such a warm and welcoming place. Myself and my family all attend this practice and we have always had amazing dental care from everyone at Bay House. I used to be very worried when I would need to go for a dental appointment but my fears and worries are completely gone thanks to these amazing people at Bay House Dental Practice.
