Park Crescent Dental Care

Very good. I found the receptionist polite, friendly and helpful, which is much as anyone can expect. I cannot find fault with the dentist or his assistant. My treatment was explained to me at every step and I felt an effort was made to make me feel calm and relaxed.

I would recommend them to anyone who has a fear of dentists.

Myself and my daughter joined was told they'd send us another appointment, never got sent an appointment and when I phoned to schedule one today, I found out we are no longer registered with them. Receptionist attitude less than helpful and rather rude so suppose they've done us a favour

I have been going park crescent dental practice for at least 5 years, and still amazes me how rude the receptionist is. Her attitude stinks.

Registered with this NHS Dental Practice a few months back and then had some dental work done soon after. I needed to have one tooth removed and a filling and everything went well. I won’t name and shame but I had a filling done at another dental surgery in Barry before joining this one and they did not do the filling properly. I had to have it done twice and still had problems after. I’ve had no such problems with Park Crescent Dental Practice.

Don’t listen to reviews claiming that the staff are rude and that they are difficult to get a hold of on the phone etc. On the contrary: the reception staff, dentist and his assistant are all very friendly and welcoming. I also made an appointment yesterday and had no problems getting through to them and was able to get an appointment in around two weeks time.

Excellent Dental practice, Reception staff always go above and beyond and can never do enough to help with friendly banter, others could learn a lot from their customer services
