Horrendous and lazy!! Referred me to hospital then didnt follow guidance and dental care Dr ysaf was given by specialist. Why refer me if i didnt need it?? Then deregistered me as i was late by 10 minutes for ONE appointment which i called to advise them about and cancelled a previous one due to being really ill. Burnt my lip with a blow torch, and did two root cannals with only one injection which enabled me to feel everything and didnt work causing me to be in more pain than i was in origionally.....then deregisters me by having a receptionist call me to say 'he doesnt want to see you again' how unprofessional and negligent!! Really dissappinted and shocked.

Tooth ache and ear ache as aresult if raised temp crown. Joanne did a great job today grinding it to an appropriate level. Thank you.feels 100% better.

First visit was a emergency one
I was absolutely terrified but Thankyou to Dee and his assistant for making me feel comfortable and and putting me at ease X

Awful and rude reception staff, especially the older lady, patronising and arrogant. Staff training needed. Will never give them my custom again!!!

I’m a very nervous patient, but the dentist and dental nurse were absolutely fantastic, talked to me all the way through treatment and were extremely kind and thoughtful. Fantastic service, I would highly recommend them. I honestly never felt any pain and I had 3 teeth extracted This was my first visit and I can honestly say I will not be as nervous of the dentist ever again.

I am very disappointed in the way this dental facility treated my partner and my son for these reasons:

1. They turned my son an partner away for being 2 minutes late even though my partner wasn’t due for another 30 minutes an told her she has lost both appointments.

2. The receptionist was rude to my partner an disrespectful an had a very negative attitude.

Overall I am very disappointed with this dental facility, so is my partner we will be looking for another dentist facility as we feel this one is not up to standard.

Great dentist I was so scared but thy all put me at ease

Very professional and made me feel at ease. Which is what you need visiting a dentist. ☺
