Crown Hill Dental Surgery

Had an appointment at 1.30pm with the hygienist. Arrived at 1.30pm the doors were still closed for lunch, when they were supposed to open back up for lunch at 1.30pm. I had to wait outside until they'd finished their lunch (it's cold - mid February) for them to open the doors. Your patients should not be made to wait outside when they are on time for their appointment and paying £40 for the privilege!

I wonder if I were late for my appointment whether you would honour it, or try to charge me extra for not being on time, or make me rebook my appointment?

On another note, the hygienist was extremely professional. The receptionist could also do with a course in customer service.

I had a filling replacement yesterday and knowing how scared I am to be in that chair my dentist Kate was very calming, reassuring and gentle bless her. Would definitely recommend her. Thank you also to the receptionist Ruth who was very understanding and for rearranging my appointment twice for me.

I would just like to thank the staff at the surgery for years of great care and excellent service. My self and four children have been patients here for many years and recently my 13 year old son needed a pretty deep filling, he was of course very nervous, but thanks to the dentist and nurse he was put at ease and the filling was done with no problems and my son has said he would never be afraid to have work done again thanks to the patients and care given to him by the staff here.

The staff here are fantastic, throughout my whole appointment I felt at ease, I've had a few dentists over the years and Crown Hill Dental Surgery are the best by a mile. Many thanks to the two lovely ladies who sorted my teeth out. Would highly recommend this dentist to anyone. Many Thanks.

I have tried to call the surgery few times and its says the surgery it's not closed. I rang at 12pm and now at 15.30pm and same thing. But online says it's open till 17.30om. Disappointed
