Mydentist, Talbot Road, Talbot Green

I had a very good experience as always. Didn’t have to wait long as my appointment was early in the day. Only 1 problem. I was asked if I pay for my treatment and as I am in receipt of Employment Support Allowance, I said no and filled in a form. I didn’t need treatment except for a clean and polish which I declined at the time as it would cost £53. On telling my daughter, she transferred me some money so I could book the appointment and paid over the phone. My friends suggested I shouldn’t have had to pay this charge because of the benefit I am on but this wasn’t suggested by any of the dental staff. Should I be entitled to a refund? Apart from this it was a 5 star service.

Always takes time to make sure your seen. Waiting times are long but fair considering the backlog the dentists have had due to covid and more than confident to wait for our appointment for something routine and not urgent

The Talbot Green practice is exceptional. The reception team are always willing to help and even more so during these challenging times. I lost a filling and the practice team was able to fit me in with my dentist Rhian at short notice. Job done.👍

By completing the online detail before the appointment it meant that it was an easier transition from arriving to seeing the dentist. After listening to my explanation of my condition and an examination the dentist was able to explain what could be done. A plan of action was agreed and that was that.

Although there was quite a wait for an appointment I found the service and treatment that I received was first class. You are also assured that if you had an emergency(which I have had previously) the reception staff do their utmost to get you seen very quickly which is really good. Excellent friendly staff who are patient with my anxiety, this helped me relax and not feel as nervous and work at a speed that helped me. Also if my anxiety was high let me do my deep breathing to relax.

Very polite staff at reception, through to the dentist and assistant. Lovely clean and modern facility.
