Dant Y Coed Dental Practice

A great dental practice, has a nice atmosphere with friendly and welcoming staff. I received orthodontic treatment there for well over a year. One of the best practices in the North Wales/Cheshire area and the best in Wrexham for sure. Highly recommended!

Been going here for a long time for both dental work and dermal fillers. All staff are very friendly, helpful and most of all professional. Found staff to be very patient and not to rush with work being done. Would definitely recommend to all friends and family. Have already recommended to a few friends.

I took my son Ryan there last week after been referred by his own dentist. Excellent staff and excellent service from the dentist himself Mr Adrian Throp.
I even had a follow up phone call from the dentist seeing how my son was getting on after having a very large back tooth out and also wishing him well in his up coming GCSE exams. Thank you once again for everything that you did for Ryan and I would highly recommend them.

I've been twice and never again, both times seeing Becky. The first visit I had an abscess with infection, I was rushed through in minutes and not given the correct treatment. I'd informed reception of the problem, but they booked a 10min appointment... I had to return to my original dentist in England for proper treatment, and to get the crown repaired. The second visit I only returned as it was an emergency requiring an extraction given my tooth had cracked and showing root that was infected. I knew this after a recent X Ray for it to be replaced with a screw in, but it broke between appointments and my actual surgery in Manchester couldn't see me for two weeks. I informed reception when booking in stating I needed it removing urgently. I took time off work, turned up the next day as arranged expecting for the infected tooth to be removed, only to be informed again it's a ten minute check up appointment and they couldn't so anything for me, I'd need to rebook a further 45 min appointment.... I walked out and told them I wouldn't be coming back, then called my old dentist in England, got an extraction appointment immediately that takes approx 15 minutes not 45, with antibiotics to treat the infection... DantYCoed Dentist is amature hour.. I need to find a reliable professional dentist around the Wrexham area as I cant keep travelling back to England. Any suggestions would be appreciated, I'll never visit DantYCoed dentist ever again, even if I was dying I'd crawl somewhere else.....

It’s a good dentist. The staff are nice and friendly. My only complaint is that they’re very rarely on time and you’re always waiting. That’s why I give four stars instead of five.

I can't fault the way they were on my appointment today with the covid situation. I felt so safe in there with amazing measures in place. Fab job from start to finish with forms online too. Thank you for working so hard 💙🌈

Visited Dant Y Coed for the first time today. It’s a very busy practise with seven different surgery rooms. The reception staff, the dentist, the dental assistant we’re all extremely professional and friendly. My appointment was for 17:00, and I was in the chair at 17:00, which was a first for me. Very impressed. I can’t believe I’m saying this about a Dentist, but I’m looking forward to being a patient there.
