Visited this dentist on an emergency appointment, greeted by a very courteous receptionist who was more than willing to help. Once called the dentist that treated me (Millie) and her assistant were polite, informative and patient to listen and answer all my questions. 20 minutes of treatment later I was pain free and my faith in the dentist was restored after a previous bad visit in another practice. Highly recommend this dentist fab service.

Sounds like it could be a good practice however not very helpful for me. Rang them last year to get on the waiting list. They agreed I could be put on waiting list, not heard anything so rang them back today they then tell me that because I missed two appointments in 2010 I couldn't be put back on the waiting list they knew this last year so why didn't tell me this then. I understand that missed appointments can be frustrating but I wasn't aware I had missed any until I rang them last year.

Their receptionist Sam is the rudest person we've ever encountered, and brought my Wife to tears. There are many complaints regarding her she is the customer facing part of the practice and she is toxic.

Been a patient here for more years than I care to mention. Dan and his team are absolutely fantastic and super helpful. Phoned up mid- morning today for an emergency appointment and received treatment by 2:30. Keep up the good work guys, it’s very much appreciated.

Best dentist I’ve ever seen. Treated my disability better than many so called experts. Absolutely 7 stars if I could. Explained everything before she did it and was absolutely professional, gentle and efficient. I was dreading it but it was a truly wonderful experience.
