The service received at this dentist was exceptional. I have never felt more at ease with my dentist. The nurses were lovely, can get an appointment when ever needed. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Without a shadow of a doubt the most incompetent, unprofessional, disorganised, disrespectful, 'chavy', and rude business I have ever encountered in my life.

The receptionists are extremely antagonistic and unprofessional. Vulgar. Clueless. The dentists are disgraceful. Completely incompentent, and have all but destroyed my teeth. The stories are horrific, they don't know how to fit crowns, they can't do proper fillings, their equipment never works! Atleast four times I've been only for them to say that their equipment isn't working!

They have no complaint procedure. No management structure. It's a free for all.

One of the dentists (Ariana) stopped in the middle of a procedure to check an ASOS package during the treatment! She completely messed the treatment up. Ruined my teeth that I now need to go private to try and fix. No concentration, no questions answered, absolutely no administrative clout whatsoever. The receptionists don't even liaise with the dental hospital when required. Lost files, lost records, and utter disarray from start to finish.

I have to say, being with this dentists was the worst experience I have ever had of any healthcare or service provider. They are truly horrible people who reflect the lowest and most unprofessional values I have ever known in any business.

Utter disaster.

First of I hope many visits. Extractions taken out quickly, easily with very little pain by the female dentist. Then new plate fitted which looked good and more importantly felt comfortable as soon as they were in.

The staff here are really great, friendly and helpful. They are also fantastic with those of us not comfortable in the dentist chair - which is a real plus. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Had an extraction (wisdom tooth) and a deep clean with Dr Ali and he was azing. The whole procedure was over in a blink and painless! I am terrified of dentist but Dr Ali made the whole procedure so pleasant that I actually looking forward to my next appointment . Thanks you 😊

I visited the practice today for my wife appointment at 4:15 pm today. We were 9 mins late due to the heavy traffic. We were told that we couldn’t be entertained as we were late. On repeated request to speak to the doctor and see us, the two ladies working there were very rude. We were outside the clinic and said would like to request the doctor and wait for him outside, we were threatened by one of the nurses that she was going to call the police. Police ? For what ? Is this the way we are treating our patients. Never experienced this arrogance before. We were really scared and moved away. I work with nhs and had taken time off for this appointment since my wife can’t drive. We always try to see the patients even if they are late thinking about the cause of delay like finding a parking space etc.
but this was scary encounter, being threatened of police for no reason. I am very much aware of zero tolerance policy in nhs. But these two ladies were rude not ready to listen to anything I said. I just can’t visit this place again due to the unfriendly environment that was created.

Fantastic practice!

Staff are friendly and the female dentist goes above and beyond to listen to issues and help to the best of her ability. Myself, my husband and my 3 children are registered here and we have always received the best care possible.

It would take for us to move out of the area to leave this practice...If we could take our dentist with us, we would lol.

I had an appointment for 2pm and left my house at 13:10 so I had more than enough time to get to my appointment with catching 2 buses and all to get there. There was a lot of traffic so I started to panic and thought I better ring so I rang to let them know I was going to be a few minutes late due to traffic and their phone was off for some reason? The automated message said they're closed between 1 and 2 which I'm guessing is probably for lunch but I never knew that would be the case ever as I've never called during that time so when I arrived I explained that I tried to contact them and the girl said she'd go check then came back and said I have to rearrange??? I don't understand how traffic is my fault I didn't tell everyone to go drive on the road today I would have thought they'd be a bit more understanding and at least question why I was late but no they couldn't care less and just said no
