I have been with this practice for many years and have been seen by different dentists my most recent dentist is a lovely lady called Natalia she has always shown me care and respect she is friendly and kind. I have had to have 2 extractions with her and knowing I was nervous due to a previous bad experience she understood and made a lot of effort to make the extractions as easy for me as she could thank you Natalia. I am sad that you are leaving but I know you will be an asset to your new practice!

I was in severe pain from an abcess and knew the tooth needed taking out. Like a previous comment posted, I was given a 2 month wait. However, when the pain got so bad, I contacted the surgery again .... and they do have emergency appointments! I was seen the following day at exactly the appointment time and had the extraction. I was out again in less than 10 minutes. Happy Days! Thank you to all involved. It would have been 5 stars except for the receptionist neglecting to tell me about emergency appointments. Certainly efficient and friendly service today.

I had a fantastic experience at this practice. Right from the start the reception were friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait long once I was there to see my dentist. I felt that I was looked after during every step of my appointment. Thank you

NO STARS. Extremely poor service. If you are a private patient apparently they are amazing but if you are an NHS patient they treat you like a second class citizen. Private seems the priority and us NHS patients are ignored. I constantly have my appointments cancelled. My last one was due back in late 2021. It was cancelled two days before. I remade the appointment for early 2022. Once again cancelled. I remade the appointment again for April but hd to cancel my slf due to contracting covid. Made another appointment over the phone there and then explaining they had already cancelled two and I was over due a check up. Reception booked me in for May and said she'd make a note I was overdue and had to cancel for covid. Got an email a week before cancelling my May appointment. Emil stated they would send me another appointment. Thats not happened. Went in and asked to lodge a complaint was refered to the email on the website. Email sent early May - NO RESPONSE!

My Dentist Welshpool discrimiates against NHS patients. I have been attending this practise since I was 7 years old. Mr Butler was amazing. My Dentist is corporation fuly focused on making money not helping people who can't afford private care.

By the way I can't afford private care because I am a full time carer for my autistic son and on minimum wage!

Now I am going to have to find the time to go back to the practise and ask AGAIN how to make an offical compliant. Although I'm sure I will be fobbed off with the website again because My Dentist is a class driven NHS discriminating corporate monster!

I have been attending this dental practice for 43 years and can't fault it.
Yes on occasions I have had a short notice cancellation, but they are still treating me.
Covid-19 has not helped anything to do with medical needs. But that's not anyone's fault.
Had a crown treatment started recently.
Really happy with what's been done recently and for over 40 years.
And yes I'm on NHS dental treatment and I have paid privately for the Crown treatment.

Thist practice has gone to absolute shambles; been waiting tore an appointment for 3 years keeps getting cancelled the morning of appointment! used to be brilliant.

Absolutely shambles of a service from My Dentist in Welshpool! Absolutely fuming!! Appointment for broken tooth with Zarah Mansha cancelled again, an hour before my appointment. Does she actually work here??! Last year the same happened 3 times before I was eventually seen months later by Sumaiyah (who was excellent). It used to be a great service before My Dentist took over. Now if you're NHS they don't care at all.

I have been registered at this Dentist for 40 years and can say since My Dentist took over the service as gone from brilliant to diabolical! I rang some months ago because I had lost filling but due to Coved couldn’t get in. Today I have toothache and was told I had an appointment in two months time! I said I have raging toothache, oh I will look if I can bring it forward. The first date given was two weeks earlier, followed by another date in a MONTHS time. 😡 I have toothache now, do you not do emergency appts. No but I can put you down for the one in September and if we have a cancellation we can contact you. Told her it was ridiculous and told her to take name off their records. Rang another Dentist today at 3pm and got appointment today for 6.30pm. Now that’s what you call service. My Dentist take note, if your paying the money for a service you should be able to get it.
