Monmouth Dental Practice

I was hesitant about changing my Mum’s dental practice but, as an 88-year old with dementia, the journey to/from Hereford was proving too much.
Today, we attended Monmouth Dental Practice where Gareth carried out two significant fillings for her. When he’d completed his work, she sat up saying “I would like to say I have never been to such a gentle dentist”!! Highly reassuring - thank you Gareth.

Absolutely over the moon with my new smile! Gareth has managed the impossible, his skill has given me back the smile of my twenties! Many thanks Gareth and Team. Kind regards Liz I'm off to celebrate my 67 birthday. CHEERS.

Friendly, efficient team and very upbeat/positive communications. Clean waiting rooms and treatment rooms. Thanks to the team. ...One little heads-up, watch your knuckles on the stairs hand-rail if your appointment is on the first floor :-)

This post is in relation to my first visit to Monmouth Dental Practice.
My experience was one of being welcomed into a relaxing environment.
My appointment was with Claire who was excellent throughout my new patient check. Discussing openly with me her findings and planning my treatment plan with my involvement.

I’m not a fan of visiting the dentist but my experience at Monmouth Dental Practice was as pleasant as this sort of thing gets. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Claire the dentist was reassuring and gentle with her probing. I don’t have any concerns regarding my next visit and have no hesitation in recommending her services.

As a dental phobic patient, this is the kindest and nicest practice and I'm just so glad they're all younger than me! Clear explanations of what's going on, and utter tolerance of my terror in the chair. Also, they don't try to do the most expensive option, just the one which suits the patient best. So pleased I came.

A very nervous patient but I needn't have worried. From the receptionist to the dentist they are all amazing. Thank you so much for making me trust a dentist again.
