Amazing practice. I was in extreme pain with my wisdom tooth and the practice was fully booked so Vanessa called around numerous practices to get me in for that same day. Really thankful for the help that was given to me (especially as I had missed an appointment the week before)x Always very helpful, friendly. Really good service. I’d recommend this dentist to anyone.

Excellent service and really friendly. Always dreaded going to the dentist but, whilst I would be exaggerating if I said I look forward to it, the staff at mydentist make it a pleasant experience all round. Super efficient and great communication, lots of reminders and if a cancellation comes up they will offer an early appointment. 👍

Homa is a really good dentist, she has seen me for emergency treatment as well as routine and is really caring and sensitive with my treatment, she explains everything and puts me at ease and nothing she has done has hurt me at all, I feel like she really knows what she's doing and is very professional. Vanessa on reception is fantastic, so lovely and friendly and I can tell she goes above and beyond for the patients, she is so busy all the time and yet is always so calm and reassuring with a lovely telephone manner and just as lovely face to face!

Amazing dentist! I have an extreme phobia of dentists, but knew i needed some help. All involved were really helpful and non-judgmental with all my coping strategies (which includes placing a scented tissue over my nose!). Dentist was kind and went at my own pace, reception went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Professional and courteous, the dentist did a brilliant job with what was needed, and my teeth look great!

Recently moved to the area and unfortunately my crown broke. Very friendly and helpful receptionist who managed to fit me in the next day after I had registered. I am petrified of going to the Dentist everyone was very supportive. Homa and her dental nurse were amazing they took the time to go through everything step by step and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this practise.

I rarely write reviews unless service is exceptionally poor or fantastic. I was so fortunate to be taken on my the practice when I had severve pain in one of my teeth. The whole process from dealing with receptionist right through to treatment was flawless and efficient. My actual dentist talked me through what options I had and when the decision was made for treatment talked me calmly and clearly through the process. Highly recommended staff and service.

I went to this dentist on 4th of October. First of all she took 20 minutes of my appointment for another patient, and then she had 20 minutes and was doing everything in a rush. She did 2 fillings that day, I came back home and was having really bad pain but I thought that it’s normal for the first couple of days but then this pain was not stopping for some weeks, after that it became normal for some time and again I have severe pain for 4 days now, I can’t sleep, can’t eat, painkillers don’t help and I don’t have even energy to go to work. I tried to call today on their number but I got no answer. What am I supposed to do now ???

Wonderful Dental Practice. Vanessa is brilliant. You feel as a patient like you are with a friend as she welcomes you into the reception. Immediately calming you with a friendly smile and easy conversation. Vanessa has natural empathy teamed with a calm confidence that is so reassuring. You stop feeling anxious and know that you are in safe hands. How you feel before you even get in the chair is very important. The whole experience starts the minute you walk in the door. Vanessa is a real asset to your practise, your patients and your dentists.
Homer is the best dentist I have ever visited. She explaines everything and I have total trust in her. It started on the 1st ever visit where she took that extra few minutes to see me as a person and understand how my dental anxiety affected my whole experience. She gives that little extra reassurance and always checks I'm ok during any procedure.
Vanessa and Homer are my dental top team. Vanessa gets me in the chair calm and Homer gets the job done brilliantly.
