Disgusting service! Will take you off their books with no pre-warning even if you give more than 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment! Attitude of male receptionist is absolutely appalling. My second cancelled appointment was not taken off the system by him even though he made an alternative appointment for me yet I am the one that is to be punished! The matter will be taken further!

This is the best dentist I have been with. They are always friendly and very approachable. I have seen the hygienist as well as the dentist and their advice is always welcoming. Great job keep it up.

I'm always made welcome, put at ease, and treated with friendly, professional efficiency throughout my visits by every single member of the Swansea practice team. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my dental needs!

Awful experience with them since my first appointment.
Meant to have been referred for treatment over a year ago to only now find out they never made a referral!
Missed an appointment due to my mental health in a extremely bad place at the time & they refused to allow me back on the system after explaining! So much for "family" dentist!

The dentist was lovely, they where very accommodating. I have a massive phobia but their slow and calm process made it more relaxed, I was able to have my first treatment in 3-4 years.

Very professional, especially during lockdown, staff really friendly, have a bit of a phobia about the dentist but they put all my concerns to rest. Will happily turn up for my next appointment.. 5 stars from me3
