I have been a patient at Belgrave Dental Practice for many years. I have always had excellent treatment every time. Apart from Richard,'s [my dentists] vast knowledge and expertise, what is so important is their friendly caring approach. As someone who has always had anxiety around dental treatment, the staff display the utmost level of understanding, creating a relaxed atmosphere which I am sure would put the most dental phobic person at ease, from their first visit onwards.

I have been a patient here many years and I cannot fault the service, all the staff on reception are friendly, accomodating. I don't have to wait very long when I'm there and the dentist/hygienist are very patient, professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Had 2 teeth extracted, 1 during first lockdown in July and one today (Feb 2021) and both times have been brilliant. Covid procedures followed perfectly, and the extraction was completely pain free on both occasions.

Absolutely ridiculous, waited a long time to get my girls on the waiting list........cancelled their appointment due to ill health and got told they will put it down as a missed appointment and wont book another appointment for my girls. They were very rude and surly on the phone. Not impressed at all with them. Now i have to find another dentist for my girls which could take years. Pathetic people with a horrible attitude problem

I attended Belgrave via NHS to have a tooth removed. I spoke with them when my appointment was due to advise that my mother had passed away & was assured that when I'm feeling upto it, I can make an appointment to see the dentist. I called today to make an appointment & was told due to the missed appointment when my mother passed away, I am no longer with them .... What an awful way to be treated.

Really frustrated , 3 times the filling came out!, junior doctors training with patients, suggestions for fix, no experience!!
